Do not agree with Salman Butt on the point of having regional teams. Imran Khan played Sheffield Shield Cricket in Australia and rates it as the best domestic structure (6 teams) because of the quality of the competition. The idea was right but instead of 6 regional teams, we could have 10-12 regional teams (our population is much bigger than Australia). Why can't we have 10-12 first-class teams supported by various banks. PSL is a huge success because of its regional names. What is people's interest in a PIA vs Pakistan Steel Mill match?
