I'm not sure it's possible to make anybody believe anything. A person convinced against their will, is of the same opinion still. That said, if your sister is a Christian, just gently share with her Exodus 20, The Ten Commandments. If she is not a Christian, then I wouldn't worry about the idols on the shelf. Reach her heart with the gospel, and all the idols will automatically disappear. Focus on the root, not the fruit.
