I can hear in your voice the relief of getting it sorted finally. I look forward to hearing a full review of what was done to fix it. 👍

Ye big relief. I just hope it performs well off road, it’s amazing on the road. Need to find time and get out on it now

Mate really intrigued about your experience. I am looking to do a similar thing so I'd like to know what made you go for a closed cartridge setup? What are you running for the rear suspension? What is your weight? From your last video I noted to went for softer springs. Can you confirm the springs you finally set on front and back?
    Thank you in adavmcr 😊

I have the Tractive Extreme Pro on the rear with a 205 spring. On the front I’m now using 5.6 N/mm. I weigh about 90kg with gear. The whole experience was crap to be honest and I’m still not 100% convinced it’s correct. My advice is to try do the whole thing with a local suspension shop and have them set it up etc. whatever you do don’t go with off-de-road 😂 Their customer service is a disgrace

Just forund your channel while looking for suspension upgrades. Must give NDM a call Tuesday and see what they can do. I recognise that sand pit from my first time off road many years ago. Is there still a large deep hole full water that would swallow a bike.
Did he say what work was doen to the suspension

So since getting the suspension I’ve had a fair few issues which is why I’ve numbered the updates. But to summarise quickly I bought the suspension from off-de-road. It was very stiff to begin with so after some back and forth they told me I was sent the wrong springs, changed out to the next ones and then they messed that up too. But because the second set of springs were too short, it resulted in the actual closed cartridge blowing out oil. So the forks went ridiculously soft. So fast forward again, I have another set of springs in the forks and Steve rebuilt it all to spec. I suspect the front is going to still be too harsh off road, but I just need to get out and test it properly before making that call. The air gap is recommended to be 120mm and Steve made it 100mm. The bike feels AMAZING on the road. Just worried about off road performance. We will see.
If you get the suspension, don’t order it from off-de-road. Their after sales service is the worst I’ve ever encountered with a retailer. So disappointing.

@@motorbikediaries I was going to egt the RR kit from their EU dealer. they have an Open Cartridge cartridge which i would prefer as i can service it myself and save some cash. Off the road are great for buying parts but i would agree suspension id try go direct to main dealer or supplier.
