It all feels a little bit cramped to me. There are elements that don’t reflect the asking price. The gym is small and the pool seems uninviting, with its black water. There’s an audible echo and more of an office feel than that of a home.
Everyone definitely has different styles - but yes, I'm with you that it perhaps has a more modern, less cosy feel than I would personally prefer too!
5mill at most considering its close to elstree & borehamwood....considering sky studio is close by as well.....with 11million will get 2 luxury properties in cornwall, 1 in the westmidlands , and maybe one in Brighton by the sea.....

And as I always say, no amount of money or luxurious property in the UK, can buy you a decent weather! Summers are wet, and 7 months of the year you go to work in the dark and come home in the dark ... and 11 mil can't buy you out of the dross!

Way too over priced for the location outside of London, and the pool is so small considering the space they had to make it longer. And too much editing, to give the flow of the property. Just keep the camara running and do the walk trough
