You just spared me an aboslute anxiety attack. I saw a lot of big numbers and wasnt sure what I needed at closing. Massive help and I really appreciate you making this.
wow this video is clutch forreal it just saved me $8500 i think im going to do a video once im done with my relocation about it thanks for sharing this :)
I'm a first time home buyer. Your detailed instructions are excellent. But just one question. Since this closing disclosure indicates on page (1) two seperate "Cost at Closing" and on page (2) " J. Total Closing Cost - borrower paid. Arriving at Page (3) "Calculating Cash to Close" in that section; ( page 3) where it says "CASH TO CLOSE" a number appears under The LOAN ESTIMATE column and just adjacent to it, under the "FINAL" column a finalized number appears... My question is. Is this the amount I would bring to closing? Also the same "FINAL NUMBER appears under the "CALCULATION (bottom of page) with the same exact numbers as in the "cash to close".
On my contract on the second page it says discount points, and it looks like I am being charged 4,680 $ for those points, why do I have to pay for them .
I don't understand my disclosure, my figure for escrow in the total monthly payment and the escrow figure under it which says monthly payment does not match.
Francisco sepulveda LA co is way more expensive than most of California. She is by Bakersfield. I just bought my house cash here in TX for $23k. I love California but not the prices. My daughter just bought a small home 20 miles easer of SD for $500k. What part of LA co ?
Him Bike that makes sense. True, there are few places in Cali where you can find lower home prices but reality is all Cali is way too expensive compared to other states. We are buying in Lakewood. Btw. Congratulations on your purchase 👍🏼
This video contains incorrect information. It follows Industry accepted BOGUS guidelines. Recording fee is INCORRECT .... State Laws mandate the DEED goes DIRECTLY to Buyer at Closing ... Recording the Deed is at discretion of the Buyer ..... Do not let the closing Escrow agents take your DEED and send it to County for recording. ALSO ... you will avoid Property Tax because your property will NOT be in Public Records .... Get smart or Play Dumb and believe the "all knowing liars." ... look it up or believe the LIE.

What reason do you think they would be charging me o.5% of loan amount points 1,309.50??? Can i ask them to omit this???

I close in two weeks. I’m jealous of that interest rate.
Right. I’m closing soon. Crazy rates 😭
What was your Total Interest Percentage? Mine was so high and like he said, I’m sure it’s because of these high interest rates
I don't understand my disclosure, my figure for escrow in the total monthly payment and the escrow figure under it which says monthly payment does not match.
