So many complaints about a FREE training’s format choices. I’m guessing it’s the rhythm-less people complaining lol. I thought it was catchy and helped me stay engaged. I certainly got MORE than my “money’s” worth. THANK YOU!
A great refresher. However, I would recommend updating the information regarding the Hud document with the latest information on the fairly new Loan Disclosure that replaces it and the Truth-in-lending forms in some packages. Thank you.
That music is distracting, and the lack of consistent narration means that I am listening for a little bit, then this repetitive, distracting music starts and I think it's a transition, so I don't look at the screen (washing dishes, etc.), then later I realize I've just missed five minutes of invoiced content. Not well designed.
Different strokes for different folks! I like both! Move on if it’s not your cup of tea but you don’t get to define what is or isn’t the “way to train” based on frivolous preferences. Hateful meanie 😝

The HUD-1 has changed. Check with NNA regarding other possible changes over the last 5 years.
Yes! We created a 5 min TRID training video which discusses the transition from HUD to CD. Check it out when you get a chance. It's a 5min listen.

Why the stupid, annoying music. Not conducive to the learning process.
I tried to watch but the awful music is so loud, annoying and unprofessional I quit.
Her voice is annoying...stop the voice-fry, please and speak naturally. Annoying music as well. This is no way to train.
