@@s.r6331It’s literally for kids wtf do you mean 💀 It feeds as many as there are slices..kids don’t eat much cake and can’t finish adult sized slices. It cuts down waste. And if they want another slice there’s probably extra so they can
@@msjkrameyWhat does the size of the slices have to do with kids being mean?? And why would it make you sad as a kid? Most little kids can only eat the amount in the video 💀 cutting it up into “normal size pieces” are adult slices that kids NEVER finish as they already ate dinner and it’s a lot of sugar.. If a kid wants more they CAN have another slice! No need to make giant slices because 1 kid will want extra..then the rest waste their slices
That cake looks sooo moise, dense (in a good way), and amazing 😩😍😭
That is actual genius.
Those cuts are so clean omg 😲
What about the Adults?? I want some cake to!
Probably a cake for the adults is also made, or you can just eat 2 smaller slices. Besides adults really don’t go to kids birthday parties 😅 you drop your kid off and leave because there’s nothing for you to do..and pick them up later.
@@testerwulf3357that's not how kids birthday parties work, if another mom is cutting the cake it's a little kids birthday party, you know where all the moms hang out while the kids play together before they are old enough for drop off parties, no one wants to take care of 19 5 year olds
Such a perfect idea. TY for sharing!! 💕💕
(In my zoolander voice) What is this? Cake slices for ants?
Damn one to three parties a week. I have two kids and we barely go to a few parties a year lol. You guys have a lot of friends.❤
Those pieces are perfectly cut and they also look beautiful. I'll take three pieces, thank you. I love cake.
Thats a really cute idea
This is actually perfect. It’s the right serving size and most kids don’t finish the normal big slices that people usually cut
This might be inappropriate but the way these slices were perfectly cut made me wanna kiss you 😭 THEY ARE SO EVENLY AND BEAUTIFULLY CUT
I prefer little to no icing/frosting so the middle pieces are perfect for me! 🍰
Same, I often end up scraping off half of the frosting anyway so this would be amazing.
It looks like a snowflake ❄️ I'm here for it!
This is such a great visual! Those are the perfect sized pieces of cake for me! Thanks, Jemma. Just might give this a try on my birthday cake this weekend!
This was so satisfying to watch🤩🤩
If someone handed me that small of a slice I'd go crazy and eat the whole cake 😂
That’s what I was thinking…lol “like girl why you being stingy?, next time I’m going to bring my own cake.”
😂😂
@@MajesticMystylejust get more slices after? There wouldnt be a limit 💀
@@MajesticMystylebut i agree lol i would rather have 2 full slices of cake-
Can’t we talk about how Yummy that cake looks. 🍰
I wish I saw this before cutting my cake last night! No occasion, just practicing but I was contemplating how to cut it, grid or normal, since there's a lot of people living here. This method would have been perfect. Lesson learnt 😂
I love cakes 🍰 If I would get that tiny slice I would be so disappointed 🤣🤣🤣 but I do understand the content and meaning of your video. It’s so smart and the pieces looks so good 😮😍
Bless you for your service to fellow parents 😊
That looks awesome. I want to go make a round cake right now just so I can cut it like this!
I love the blouse 🇵🇸
That cake looks so moist, I want some😩😩😩
The pizza party of cakes 😂
Thats a LOT of parties! 😱
I love this cake cutting method
As a cake lover, the size of these pieces makes me sad.
This is beautiful! Since most of the people don’t even finished their cakes! A slice like this is perfect then if they want more they can take another one!
Each price is just perfect. Definitely be trying this ❤
I like it this way because so many people don't want lots of frosting and other people looove it. So you can select the slice you like best, which further cuts down on waste, because people aren't forced to maul a huge slab of something they didn't prefer
Pfft nah we like to eat 😂
I love this! Definitely going to try it next time
Don't over cut it,stingy lady!😅🤣That makes me sad.😢
This is so much nicer than the coffee serves style slicing I was taught in catering! I'll make sure to remember this for next time I'm a'cutting
I will take 5 pieces please
I love this so much more then the other cake cutting method I've seen! For me, that size is perfect & otherwise I see no harm in getting seconds.
YOUR👏COOKBOOK👏IS 👏AMAZING👏
I would feel really mean offering a piece that small. It's more like offering a few crumbs.😢
This is so clever! The slices are pretty much all the same size and the top of the cake looks like a snowflake!
Good, but way too less, id eat half of it if i was starving and i dont rlly like cake
I love your cakes recipes❤
But I like cake 😮 Too tiny 😂
honestly love this so much usually cake slices are just way to big
Hehehe that one slice is not enough here in PH for one person. They wanted to get full not just to taste.
Wow, that's... I can't even imagine eating dessert _as_ the meal 😮 Honestly I feel like I'd throw up if someone asked me to do so 🤢
@@raerohan4241 not a meal for some, but for some they eat it in teatime, snacks as well. For many that doesn't have money to buy foods they do, not all are eating 3x a day. Some not even eating whole day, that's the only food they have if someone gave them. The base of a cake is like a soft bread anyway.
@@05sfxxxxxxxCake has too much sugar to be eaten all day every day 😅 besides you can get a second slice if it’s not enough for you. Usually you cut cakes like this for CHILDREN who should not eat that much cake (cakes here are VERY sweet) and probably would waste a bigger slice..but it’s also good for people who like smaller slices or not much frosting on their slice! And there’s more slices than guests, grab as many slices as you want after everyone gets at least one
@@testerwulf3357 not everyday you can give cakes, we can't as I don't have a shop, yes too much is not good also it can cause obesity as well, in moderation yes, but if ever I'll have my own shop too, I will still give some to others.
The cake looks so nice 🤤😋
1-3 times a week?
I love this!! ❤The saddest thing I see if I’ve made a cake is when the cake is wasted or only a few bites eaten, as the slices may be too big after a meal, or especially if there’s other desserts! ❤🎂💕reduce cake waste!! 😂💕🎂
That “slice” of cake makes me want to take my gift back that I brought… sorry, someone had to say it! Edit, thanks to everyone who liked this because I commented on another baker’s vid about this “technique” and got absolutely roasted from someone apparently from Africa saying I was “privileged folk” for being critical of the beyond small pieces lol. Lower working class born and raised and still wouldn’t serve tiny ass pieces like this… maybe if they were all toddlers… anyways shout out to the bigger slice crew… my people!
So cute!!!
Don’t make small cakes. Be a human!
This is genius next time I will try this
