More like RTW than Couture.... But what I like most about him that he brings FUN&POSITIVITY. He brings good old 00’ times with great looking models. Faretta, Josephine, Madison and especially Luna look amazing.
I think the majority of people commenting don’t quite understand the meaning of Haute Couture. Haute Couture means "High Sewing" and made to measure one's body instead of picking a default size in a store. Haute Couture does not mean obscene/unwearable designs that are only made for museums. Designers embellished it a little over the years to get a higher press. If you want to look at real Haute Couture, then watch Yves Saint Laurent. 1966 to 1999 Everything he made is wearable, and near perfect. Also Haute couture doesn't have to be heavily embroidered pieces. A simple velvet jacket can be declared Haute Couture if the tailoring is done the right way.
it's still haute couture. not every designer decided to go over exaggerated silhouettes, full bodied sequined gowns and cutting edge materiality. I believe he catered much primarily to younger rich clientele than the older ones or has the balance between both.
What a great couture show, seriously 1 great look after another surprising look that I wasn't expecting to see. Best of sales & design wishes to you & your amazing team of professionals.
there still hierarchy of price points between haute couture spectrum and the only difference between high-end fast fashion is that every look here can be altered to the client's preference and measurements.
however this collection feigns being haute couture in the title and if so should be all couture according to the rules of couture on its face. A great tailor can adjust any garment for any client.
I'm having a marathon of runway shows and I just saw you commenting in other video. It's good to know I'm not the only one watching so many of these. Cheers!
I enjoyed quite a lot this collection, felt very much like an homage to french fashion, Vauthier noded at various fashion houses in his distinctive way. Very fresh and chic.
I'm sorry but are we all calling ready to wear couture now ??? Was I the only one who missed the memo ? The collection itself is very modern and beautiful ,but I didn't see couture . 🤷🏻♂️
How many designers worked on this collection? 1 .for every look 'i mean there was No cohesiveness to this collection whatsoever. That being said ' it was still a sexy ' youthful ' modern and fun take on Glamour that offered something for everyone.
Some of those boxy suit/short looks and some of the dresses were honestly breathtaking and very very couture. But a few looks seemed a bit pretaporter level. Seemed to be quite inspired by Karl, asif he was vying for a post at Chanel ?:P
I think it’s funny so many people are so critical of couture but wear the same jeans and old sneakers every day. These are wearable and I see a trend forming. I don’t know about plaid but prep has never gone out of style - neither had the allure of wealth
The music was TERRIBLE! It didn’t go with the clothes theme at all, I couldn’t get into the designs. The models walked so fast you couldn’t process the ideas behind the clothes. I usually enjoy her fashion shows but this was nah 👎🏾
Chinese couture is very well made lol maybe you’re talking about copies which by the way may be counterfeit but all the while are handmade. I doubt you walk into the office everyday with a tailored suit on let alone a pair of oxfords.

Thank you for saying this. Very true!
Hey did I miss the haute couture part of alexander vauthirt show???????

@@AquaMarino you have a point. Although, you do not wanna design Haute Couture that can be easily copied by the likes of Zara and Forever21

Very wearable but honestly..much of the collection looked like high end pret a porter to me........
And just rip offs of YSL Eighties designs. That's all that Vauthtier seems to be capable of.

NADS IQ I was referring to Robert Perricone. Do you watch this videos a lot too?
Not much to see here really. But to be honest, I'll take this Couture(??) collection over Maria Disgrazia's Dior any day of the week
Disgrazia? 😂😂😂
I enjoyed quite a lot this collection, felt very much like an homage to french fashion, Vauthier noded at various fashion houses in his distinctive way. Very fresh and chic.
It's like years of fashion, regurgitated.
Nothing new here.
How many more Women in Tuxedos do we have to endure? They all look the same...anyway...
Great, beautiful dress that I can see models so confident how they look super pretty.
Very individual! E're last one o' 'em looked good. Great🎶
Owww amazing !!!!! Pretty!!!!! Wonderful!
GREAT WORK 💎
Too fast...

First song please!?
Some nice styles there... but to me the fabrics looked cheap...
I'm confused, whats de point of this collection ?
Looks like ready to wear show

Perfect for the modern Audrey Hepburn. 💕
Nothing new. There's no creativity, it's not even fresh neither forward. Actually this collection, for me, looks a bit dated.
angel
VERY Chanel in my opinion.
This collection is so pretty 😍
Cadê a alta- costura???
Music?
His shows used to be very sexy and high end .. I’m missing those days 😕
Its like Chanel and ysl had a child
If this is couture I'm Halston.
not bad..!!! 👍
Love it..!, Not the unwearable artsy clothing that only looks good on the runway show and make female look like side show freaks.
cool

We lost Vauthier ! Terrible collection, looks like a Chanel, so old, so RTW

AN ABSOLUTE FLOP
It looks cheap, clothes that you can find in any Chinese store
Yaaah and you can't even pay the most cheaper one 😁😁

Quick and cheesy, a rip-off from every other designer👎
Nooo
