This plan sounds actually like a good start to me. It would need quite a few corrections and maybe the help of a more experienced climber or PT professional for the final tuning of intensity and rest times, though.

I agree it’s pretty good on the surface. I was mega surprised how it was spot on with some areas but definitely lacking in others. Thank you for your thoughts 😁

Very interesting. I think your summary was spot on, you really need to know when to change what they tell you.

You can ask chatgpt follow up questions, and ask it to explain things that aren't clear. Could clear up a lot of things. The more information you give it, the more bespoke / detailed responses it can give

You are not wrong. I gave it 0 information but I think that some how makes it crazy to me ahaha i think you could do a lot if like you say you gave it loads more information.

I think it couldve been interesting because really the people using chatgpt are the people who cant afford a trainer, are intermediate climbers, or just aren't professional. It could've been interesting to frame it as a way for these people to be able to actually use chatgpt usefully. :-) or maybe actually exposing how chatgpt is different from the value a professional training program gives could be VERY interesting especially for those of us who don't know what a professional training program actually offers, in reality. @@mimi_climbingcalm

I think if you gave the ai more information and were a little more specific about your goals, it would givd you a better plan

This is a good point I understand the more information you give AI the better the outcome. But the simplicity was needed for the purposes of the video

Still way too early for AI to generate a custom training plan or a generic plan with sufficient guidance. Lots of info lacking that you were left to fill in based on your experience. Also, training in the gym before climbing kind of mixed up the priorities.
But as more and more content and knowledge we get about training for climbing, I wouldnt be surprised if in few years you can input data and get a custom training plan. As they improve the data and capabilities 🤷

This is a really good point. I definitely asked a very simple question but given it was so simplistic I’m still amazed at how good it was. I can’t wait so see where it goes. Thankk youuu for your nice thoughts ☺️

The AI giving leg exercises?? I don't know if that makes it intelligent, but definitely sarcastic 😅

As much as I like to laugh at it leg exercises where and are beneficial for sure
