The only trouble is your staff run ignore or hide from your customers. I know I’ve been in. If I was a thief I could have bagged up half the shop and left. U need the same staff that were in the factory shop. When u shopped there u feel the love and felt valued. Great refurb love it Just know your sales could double if your staff were on point. I will return as a mystery shopper for you if you need me to so you can see for yourself. Missing factory shop 😢
