Umm no, the double suicide deals massive damage to your opponent, but not enough to kill both him and yoshimitsu. It is a guaranteed death to yoshimitsu if he stab himself another time, but that would make it a 2 hit kill
Falbere! the second hit is a quaranteed kill to the opponent. If you miss the first stab and hit the second stab, it is a one hit. It's not 2 hits because only one hit the opponent.
I think one of the most unexpected unblockable is of king when he comes flying at you. The best part is that it works even if the opponent is lying on the ground

Katarina has a great unblockable kick with a ton of range. I've catched people off guard with it oh so many times. Sometimes twice in a single match, which is baffling really. You would think they'd learn to dodge or rush attack by now.

I know that the Firing Fist is unblockable, but the Phoenix Smasher does the same amount of damage that move has. It saves you time, so all you have to do is Phoenix Smasher as fast as possible.
