Honestly, good Heihachi would've been a dope character. Where he finally forgives and redeems himself, similar to Jin. Just one badass grandpa. Then killing him off in a good way would've made the story so much better. Though I will say it's nice to know that deep down Heihachi regrets what he did and doesn't want to go back to his bad ways in his fight vs Shadow Hei. I'm guessing he is this way because he is afraid of feeling weak. (Jinpachi called Hei weak before he imprisoned him)

If you paid attention into 8, he legit is hard on himself and that way because of everything. He knew who he was but refused to let the bad overcome him until the headbutt which jogged his memory and unfortunately all was for naught.

Story is getting boring is your opinion, why does there have to be a definitive end to a narrative about a world, life goes on and characters continuing to fight and move forwards is the best part of tekken. Looking forward to how Reina deals with things now heihachi is back, tbh by her attitude hope they don't make her a good person. Would be bants that she is happy for a while that heihachi is back then decides to try off him "Mishima-style" and we end up with a heinous character who starts competing for power
