Much of this video is about the early 90's that period were the 80's and 90's mix. In order to get to the meat of the decades you need to start in the middle and make your way to the late 90's.
Daisy Chainsaw i think they meant they liked that animation the best, id be suprised if that person had just now heard of vibe. very popular in music culture, always will be.

I use these words words practically all the time but I didn't even exist back in the 90s. I'm sure it isn't that weird, because 'as if' is a totally rad thing to say. Same with 'whatever'. 😚
To Anyone here looking for an Aesthetic, or more correct slang for a 90s Cosplay. Ask anyone you know born between the years 1981-1996. For help, and I know, We Millennials "Suck" right now. But some of us down mind passing down that Neon Windbreaker. Heck, We probably still have That Graphics Calculator from 1999. That has Boobs written on it.
I'm a zoomer who lives in Romania and I learned slang like this when I was 7 in 2014. I had the ability to read like an adult could and my mom, being the drama queen she is jumped in fear that I cuss more than the average adult. She then spanked me with a flyswatter and told me "NO COMPUTER FOR 7 WEEKS".
Much of what they said and the way they dressed was more early 90's; the early 90's were all about strange neon colors. Some of the words were definitely from the 80's though. The "I know you are but what am I" quote is from PeeWee Herman and is very late 80's; another I noticed from the 80's is "rad."
@@weirdsearchhistory5876 Yeah from 1990 to about 1996, it was the Crazy Neon and the 80s slang stuck, but from I think 1997 to 2000 it was like Beige, Teal, and All Over Deniem. And than Beige was like major Safe Color of the 2000s. And the Slang was getting more to how you hear people in Reality Shows, also from the early 2000s. Rawr XD .. and "That's Hot! " were huge.
No Internet/Text Slang is the Product of this. Gen X started it in the 80s & 90s, Millennials lived with it in the 90s, and than Abrreviated It in the 2000s. Hence "Rawr XD" I was born in 1991, no cap, I lived through this whole evolution of Internet Slang.
