ATTACK% VS SPECTRO% - BEST ECHO MAIN STAT FOR JINHSI | Wuthering Waves

Going over if is better for your 3 cost echo to have attack% or Spectro damage% as main stat when building the newly released resonator in Wuthering Waves, Jinhsi.

I was hesitant to build spectro+spectro because I saw the Echo setup comparison from Prydwen. but I didn't believe it because so far ele+ele is the best of the best.
but my friend said if your sub stat has low or even has no atk its better use ELE+ATK% instead ELE+ELE

Glad it helped you! I had the almost exact situation. I prefarmed for spectro set for Jinhsi just to see Attack being put as better on Prydwen. I just could not take the time I wasted on it so I decided to test it myself to confirm and here it is XD.

but if you also count verina's atk buff into the spectro %dmg with atk% set, it would surely have more damage right?

Verina's buff by herself makes the spectro%dmg and atk%set damage completely equal in damage. However, any attack substat ,does not matter if is flat attack or atk% or if is a minroll, on any of the echos on top of that will make the spectro%damage better.
