Clara was my absolute favourite companion EVER. The first episode I ever watched of doctor who, was one of Claras first (It was the snowmen, the second episode featuring Clara. ) I watched it the whole way through even though I had no clue what was really going on, and I had only just heard the name of the series "Doctor who" here and there. I LOVED that episode and it still is my favourite episode of all time. So, I watched all the doctor who episodes I could and got OBSESSED. REALLY OBSESSED. So, I mainly started watching the series BECAUSE OF CLARA. I cried so much after face the raven and even when I just think about it it makes me cry. The day after I watched face the raven I went to school and kept crying. All my friends and teachers kept asking why I was crying, but I couldn't answer them because it would make me cry even MORE. I was so sad :( My favourite actor is Jenna Coleman (Clara) I love doctor who so much, that I almost love it as much as I love cats, AND I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE CATS. Everyone knows. I'm so glad it was Jenna Coleman who got the role, and that I happened to stay on the channel to watch the snowmen. If Jenna Coleman wasn't the person to get the role, I probably wouldn't even have watched Doctor Who in the first place. She was the best choice. I AM SO HAPPY AND SAD AT THE SAD TIME!!! That's a great video! I really love the end of it, with "If he could just stand in there, so beautiful..." because it really described Clara's mind on her final moments with the Doctor, with the words of her aunt, and I think it makes a perfect parallel. I'm realizing now that it's possible that the first two episodes of season ten are supposed to occur after Hell Bent. When Clara says, "which one of us is dying?", the Doctor hugs her. We know 12 doesn't like hugs, so why would he act like this. Also, when Clara "dies" in the Magician's Apprentice, he acts like he's lost her before.

this was so breathtakingly beautiful; the way you edited all the little phrases into something greater was gorgeous and simply WONDERFUL. the music and the voiceover and all this e m o t i o n was just... UGH. i started to cry towards the end, like oh gosh, this was plain brilliant.
You are a natural talent in making videos and pointing exactly the whole meaning just in such a short story.. You are officially my fav Doctor-Clara videomaker!!! I already knew how much she ment for him but now I am getting it a little bit more and that's a big thing.. She was like a steping stone, a point in time and space that would keep him exactly where he always should be, away from his darkness, and pointing him exactly where to go, how to be himself without losing control.. I believe he also chose this incarnation and this personality just because he knew, short of, how their story would end eventually, with a heartbreaking departure, and that would break him in any case.. So, if Eleven hadn't regenerated and was the one to face her loss, I am 10000% he'd lose himself without even regenerating or regenerating because of massive inner pain.. And in that case, 12 is better at not losing his patience in any case, and this does not mean he didn't care or hurt, but this self of his is the only one who can help him stand on his feet.. As he said, her remembrance of hers one day would hurt him so much that he wouldn't be able to breathe and we know how true this is, seeing him watching her so lovingly and sad at the same time.. I think Clara took the right decision to wipe his memory instead of hers and that makes her even more important and special as a person coz in the end she is the one who will choose to die, no matter how many times, just to keep him safe.. Yes, that love is not conventional and is much more complex and beautiful and of another level that is not reachable for any of us.. I am sure he could go soo much further if he had his full memory, and I am not doubting that because he did go too too far, he was dieing and living for billion years over and over again just to save her. How can I not see it and feel that his loss is my loss too??!! Bravo for the video, not everyone can touch and develop so perfectly the meaning of this relationship and out of the screening..!!!!!!

Amazing video. It captures what I feel, the love they have for one another that was above a sexualized love. They truly and deeply cared for one another addicted to the feeling of the others' attention/ praise/ adoration. The way they knew how to push each other to the point of anger, yet with one look it dissipates, needing another fix of what they crave. Each other. True soulmates. I hope somewhere down the line all the Whouffle shippers get to see the two together again (other than great view like this).
I think it might be because she was so much like the doctor, maybe uncomfortably so. More than any of the other companions (at least it seems to me), Clara got it. She honestly understood the chaos and the beauty of all of it: living, dying, loving, losing, traveling, remembering, forgetting; she saw the Doctor as he is. They too close- I think that’s the crux of it.
