There is no one, but no one who can even come close to Sara's performance of this song. If it doesn't bring you to tears, you are not listening or absorbing what she is singing! Gets me every time I hear it and it always seems new as well. One of the best songs ever, the fact that she wrote it and sings it herself just adds to the wonder of this performance.

Sara use to be a judge on The Sing Off during the time Pentatonix was competing and Sara wrote most of the songs on Waitress. Love, love her voice on anything she sings!

I could listen to her on a loop all day long. It’s a complex story, and she has a good range with a subtle vibrato. Her tone was so soft that I was pleasantly surprised to hear her belt it out towards the end. I’ll have to do a search and get her on my playlist. Thanks for introducing her to me and for pointing out the subtleties in her voice. You made it a good experience!

i kinda liked how you had no clue who Sara was (very dismissive originally) and then as you listened became a fan in away that didnt seem fake. Then when you saw the live, you were humbled.
