Drums For Beginners: Basic Groove and Fill Drill

One for beginners and those near the start of their drumming journey today. This groove and fill drill is an age-old classic that we'll often use in face-to-face sessions to warm up, and to reinforce our ability to lay down solid grooves with smooth 16th note fills to punctuate. The aim is a solid quarter note pulse throughout, and smooth transition from groove to fill, back to groove.
