They’re useful if you’re switching between printed text, tablet/phone and a computer monitor. Also, consider changing your distance glasses for digital lenses. They’re single vision with a small amount of accommodation relief for smartphones/tablets. I can highly recommend Zeiss SmartLife Digital lenses!
