I've been slowly bulding up my personal bar and watched all your videos. They're incredibly professional and truly inspiring, not to mention the passion and the knowledge you put. Thank you and cheers!
@@muhammadjeldah8095 chill:; to relax, to not go overboard with partying, or drinking, just to sit back and relax, and chill like a cocktail. You sit in your house, relax your mind and chill away
Trying to imagine what it takes to be at this level of mixology. Love watching you make these drinks as if it were effortless. Lots of interesting ideas; can't wait to try some of these at home.
Now now... don't be snooty. Every barspoon is different and sometimes it just doesn't feel quite right when you stir with the "correct" end. The important point is to know WHEN to stir and WHEN to shake. That's what we should be praising our bartenders for doing correctly.
So glad you are back! It has become kind of a habit watching your videos over the last few years and I've learned so much more than from any other tutor I've met in person. Thanks a lot!
your ratios are bang on for modern tastes. exactly how I mix. so trying a new drink i know i'm safe here. a lot of youtube videos are oldschool and too sweet. i always end up dialing them back after drinking them. yours are always perfect. thanks for all the great vids
The most welcome video on RUclips! Thanks for showing a few brands on the key components - it makes such a difference on ingredients such as gin (for example),
You are a good man. I have my trial as a Bartender tomorrow and I am just brushing up some last minute stuff. You are super professional, concise yet precise with your approach and oh lord so smooth man damn.
Congratualtions on the baby, first of all! Loved this! Ever since I started to watch, I've become more confident my mixology skills and what to look for when I shop. I always learn so much from you!
Oh, no no no no no the bloopers! Now I'm going to have that song stuck in my head. The Dempsey sounds like one I might enjoy. The Port Old Fashioned too.
Nice. Definitely gonna try to put Port in my Old Fashioned now (finally more use for that bottle). My significant other loves the Whisky Smash, but likes to do a twist on it by replacing some (or all) of the sugar with Blood Orange Liqueur. Plays well with a blended scotch as a base instead of Bourbon. Cheers!
I like that you most of the times show which brand of spirit you're exactly using. I'm always interested to see what you use when i'm looking for some new stuff and when you don't show it it's often very difficult to read while you're pouring :D
The way I make a Casino is first of all with old tom gin which it is always supposed to be. Also I use very small amounts of Maraschino and lemon, only 5ml each to 50ml of old tom gin. It's a great cocktail for showcasing the flavour of old tom.
Great video mate! I especially like the fact that you’ve shared 10 not-so-common and simple recipes, will definitely be recreating a few of these on my channel - will make sure I give your channel a shout out too!
I dont the even drink but I own the bar and started doing bartending!! Wanted to learn more cocktails!! Your drinks look different, easy and love the garnish in!! The way it looks I wander how these one tastes😊
If I ever get the chance to come to London, it will be to come see you. :) Love the Bar, Love the videos, Love the cocktails and history. Congrats with the baby. Say hello to Mrs. Awesome as well ;)
I never taste but Dempsey like it. I love the glass you’ve used for Cubanada. What do you think to make a video of 10 cocktails from 1920 to 1930? Thanks a lot for your videos,
How about this one: The Green Saber Add to shaker these ingredients: 45ml of Hendrick's Gin 15ml of St. Germain Elderflower Liquer 30ml of Freshly squeezed lime juice 25ml of Cucumber Syrup (1 part water/1 part sugar/plenty of cucumber slices - cook in medium/high heat for 15 minutes) 5-8 mint leaves Shake over ice Fill a chilled cocktail glass with crushed ice Strain & filter into glass Top with Elderflower tonic water (preferentially Fever-Tree) Decor with a couple of mint leaves and lime slice Enjoy 😁

let me join on your bar. i wanna be a bartender
One day when I have my own house i will build a mini bar, and make every cocktail mix out there. Then just chill..
Good idea! I'll do too!
Please sir can you tell me what the meaning of chill
And get hammered off all the cocktails

Finally someone who stirs with the proper end of the barspoon!
Right!?

Nice, but unfortunately Old Tom isn't that easy for everyone to find, and you can compensate for the sweetness of Old Tom with a bit more Maraschino.
Definetly would try one of these, keep up the good work
Congrats on the baby
