I'm the diy guy. I tracked down some jewel style drls off a raptor, hacked my colorado drls to bits, bought a 5 step sequential module and will be putting them together soon on my build vlog. Building something that only exists in my mind is what drives me. Appreciate the videos man.

Bravo Chris, I can say that I'll miss your full length videos, always very well done, excellent audio (good for us mostly deaf guys) and your enthusiasm charisma and passion for what you do is fantastic. The fact that you get to continue to enjoy what you do by changing revenue streams and have more time for your life and family is awesome. I have watched many of your videos and hope to apply them to my own projects in the future - daily drivers need lights and until I can afford a spare set to play with, it's off limits.
Keep on keepin on man, and thanks for the content

I watched until the end, like I do with all of your videos. I stumbled across your page while looking for DIY videos. I'd like to do my own custom work and you have the best instructional videos that I've seen. I also do programable lights to music for Halloween and Christmas. I have a few videos on my channel if you'd like to see. I use xlights and I'm hoping to integrate that into my lights for my car. Tesla even has integration with their cars.
You don't have to explain yourself to anybody. You don't have to do work for any Tom, Dick or Harry just because they flash some cash. You do what makes you happy. Family always comes first in my book. I'm like you. I like to learn and create something different. I don't always do things just to chase that dollar. Keep up the awesome work!

After watching just one video on your channel the whole daemon eye thing has been instantly demystified for me, simply put it's an etched lens with an LED. I appreciate what you do, especially the Discord. I've already learned a lot about doing something that I really didn't want to do. To be honest, I still don't. But doing it myself is the only option. I don't have the money to pay someone to do my project.
The majority of videos out there, including yours, are working on models that are commonly modified, which have somewhat standard shapes like variations of circles or squares and usually just one piece (as opposed to two halves: outer and trunk/hatch). Many of those videos are helpful, but most of the ideas aren't compatible with my project for one reason or another. I'm having to piece together ideas from these videos and try to figure out how I can make it work for me.
I'm sure someone like you could do a killer job figuring out what would work for my project and make it awesome. But part of the problem, which you allude to in this video, is I'm the only one who cares about this project. Someone who is doing it solely for the money wouldn't be able to make it how I want because their heart isn't in it.
You stated that you like being artistic and make lights do things they weren't made to do. I challenge you to try it with 2014 - 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee tail lights. I'm not asking you to do my project. I couldn't afford that. But it would be nice if there were at least one DIY video doing this style of modification on this type of tail light.

The arrogance of the people that act like that aren’t worth the time of even acknowledging their message. You’re more than happy to point them in the direction of a competent builder. That’s one of the things that you say often in your videos. If they had paid a little bit of attention or watched more than one video of yours, they’d know that. Keep doing what you’re doing. Hey man I love ur videos bro. It inspire me to do these kind of stuff in the future. I wanna knw something tho...I want to try something in the near future. I'm about to get my first car ( Toyota isis ) and I want to do some major upgrades to while keeping it has original as possible. My main question tho...say u have a headlight that has a projector low beam and a reflector high , is it possible to change the projectors to a lo/high beam and wire it in a way that the lo in the projectors alone comes on on lo beam while on high beam the high in the projectors comes on with the reflectors

Yup, you can decided what arrangement you want, and wire it specific to your desire. Anything is possible.

Dude I want some custom tail lights for my z31 but I’m to scared to build them solo cuz I don’t want a fire on my car. It’s a rare and unique car in my area and I want it to be that much more unique

Watched to the end. Honestly, the content to put out is more valuable. You could make more if you wanted for a paid gig to teach but it's free. If they don't like how you run YOUR business, they can look else where cause you have plenty of people that support you and understand why and how your doing this. Good luck in the future.

Thank you dude. The content definitely feels better to make than the mountain of builds I used to constantly stack on my shoulders. I’ll always have builds to work on, just not to pay the bills.
