This Event video is Robin's debut... Now you may wonder, is Robin only has camouflage with her mod, why I'm not using it? The answer is really simple... I don't have the trust at 100%. As the upload of this video, she's only at 83% Trust, so I would like you guys to pretend that she has her mod unlocked kekw. Moving on to another important question, Does she qualify for the niche, StealthKnights? Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for that as I don't make the rules, but here's the thing, this niche isn't bound to any "rules" currently, and the reason why I'm using her is because she HAS camouflage and because I want, so this the decision that I alone am making, if in the future she ends up not qualifying, then it is what it is. Having said that, I'm going to briefly comment about these Stages, beginning with EX-6. In EX-6, Magallan is absolutely needed due to the stage having two lanes, with Heavyrain being the only operator capable of tanking the Limos and Cleaners, she can only cover the top lane, while the bottom lane is defended with Kafka and Magallan S2. Here I used Robin to stall a bit the Limos on the bottom, but I'm pretty sure that Scene could've done the same thing and maybe a little better, so there's no real reason to bring robin to the Stage, I used her because I want to test her and her capabilities. Also, as you all saw, April was the mental support on the stage. The Stage itself is not really difficult, but I decided to upload it due to the absurd differences between Virtuosa Event and Il Siracusano. On Virtuosa Event I only had to bring Magallan in an S Stage, while the majority of the event was cleared with the niche's 5 Stars. On the other hand, we have Il Siracusano, where I had to bring Magallan in F-ing EX-3 to avoid leaking, as Heavyrain was getting shredded by the Limos even on Normal Mode, I even tried to test bringing Lancet-2 for the lolz and she still died. As for EX-6, there's no way it can be beaten without Magallan, our Physical damage is not that high and the ASPD of the DPS's are really bad, and if the Limos and Cleaners aren't defeated fast, the will get through Heavyrain, we don't have a healing option. EX-7 is cleared without Magallan and It's only possible thanks to Robin, maybe when Iana releases the stage can be beaten with 5 Stars only. I tried a lot of things in this stage before finaly clearing it, more than difficult, I would say that is a confusing map (at least for me). In my firsts tries I was so confused on how to use my operators, like when to use Robin's traps or Scene summon's, that it was just a giant mess. I tried using Firewatch to kill Agenir, it worked well, but then I had to use Lunacub to defend the top lane, that was awful with her 20s of skill, so I had to change Firewatch for Lunacub and April to defeat Agenir ASAP, otherwise he would kill Robin. Kafka deploys were tricky and Manticore is deployed in that order so her S2 is timed for every big wave of enemies. Each Robin trap reduces the pressure on Heavyrain, the arts dealers being the focus of her traps most of the time. The two traps in 06:58 are for emergency when I was using Lunacub oinstead of Firewatch, but I used them anyways, if for some reason the cleaner and oter elite aren't dead when the normal mobs arrive, Lunacub would target them and leaving the cleaner alive, dealing massive damage to Heavyrain, something that has to be avoided at all cost on this event. There won't be video for EX-8, and the reason is also really simple. It can't be beaten as of now, Phase 1 is a cakewalk, nothing to talk about (Normal Mode lmaooo), the problems begin on Phase 2. Because this niche is incapable of Stalling in a conventional way, I have to avoid Using Heavyrain until Phase 2 so she has the HP at Max, but here's the thing, we can't Burst the Boss, we don't have the damage to do so. Once Heavyrain skill ends, she will get defeated instantly, but wait, there's more. The enemies that appear on Phase 2 also can't be Bursted, so I would have to use Heavyrain to stop most of the enemies with her, else they'll just leak, failing the stage. At the End, there's nothing I can do to defeat the boss and avoid leaks at the same time. It's Joever.
Niche rules for the community are usually based on Arkrec's standards, though everyone's free to make their own if they're not submitting it to Arkrec of course. (Arkrec is currently down, btw) I think Kokokbeluk mentioned in the free-ops-explained video that Arkrec's welfare ops niche doesn't include Amiya, so Kokokbeluk doesn't use her either, but there doesn't currently seem to be a niche for StealthKnights in Arkrec to my knowledge.
Ooohh, so that's why I haven't been able to access it for like the past 3 weeks lol. And yes, there's no StealthKnights category in Arkrec, the niche as of now doesn't fulfill all of the requirements in order to apply for a category, that's why I'm gonna try my hardest in Pyrolysis so I can upload a decent clear to the site! Hopefully I can do it.
Magallan S2 feels so much better to use with someone that can bind, especially globally. I have a conspiracy theory that high def elites sometimes stand by on undeployable tiles just to counter Magallan S2.
I can think of a particular stage that I tried to beat like a month ago but couldn't go 100% on it due to a event running along it... Annihilation 21, The Special Little Aquapit. Felt awful when those robots just standed there on the undeployable tiles. Sometimes HyperGryph devs are really evil haha.
