Didn't realize how many Asian girls are learning french pastries now. Do you think the course worth the amount of time & money? I'm considering it as well.
There is a few other branches where they teach mainly in English. And internship at those branches just have to speak good English. I am currently LCB student in Bangkok. Its pretty much English 70% Thai 30%, language wise.
Disgusting the guy tasting the cake with a knive , on and on again (Number 1:22 of the video). I wouldn't like to eat that cake knowing someone put his tongue to a cake. Something that Cordon Bleu is not checking, the hygiene?
I'm Roberto from Brazil and I'd like to have more information about the course, thanks very much.

It’s most likely his cake he made during the lesson and he will take it back home.
I used to study in le cordon bleu, and they really strict about the hygiene.
