it is necessary to wait in some spots , in others not, depends on many things like what kind of loot youre grinding for , do you care for trash or you want rare loot, event items, etc , Especialy when you are using agris if you dont pick all the loot lots of agris goes to waste. Many other reasons why you should wait for pets to pick up everything
If you're grinding at spots where trash is basically the only valuable item, you don't wait as it is inefficient to do so. But if you're grinding for a treasure item for example, then you should obviously wait for pets to loot.
I must be doing something wrong but i have the same addons, almost same crystals (except the red spirit ones since 6 Human AP= 2b and i don't like that), i don't use indignation and deep sea only normal human elixir and I can't go past 30-34k
hard to say without having an actual gameplay but some things i started to do to improve my trash was : if an event is going and you are at 1 pack distance from it, you should clear it one time then fly to the next one, so you get the buff at the end of it faster and basically getting more event during your sessions; second thing is keeping a miniboss alive if you feel like a big boss is going to spawn cause killing the small boss next to the big one will drop his hp to 50% +- and apply a dp debuff. other than that, it's all about doing the right skill at the right pack and not care if there is still one alive, you just need to full clear when you have the huge oneshot buff when killing the big boss
so you never wait for the pets to pick the remaining loot up? always thought its better to pick it up but apparently not haha
never wait for pet to pick up, but sometimes i help them by picking them up myself as well if i overclear too much

he doesnt do a skill rotation because its not needed
no combo at this spot, basically using w+rmb>shift+q for movement and rotating between f+sf , s+lmb>shift+lmb, lmb+rmb and rmb depending on cooldowns.
