I've gone through the video, I think they focused more on the Flanders region. Belgium has 3 regions (Flanders, wallonia and German) in French speaking part(Wallonia), for you to gain admission into Bachelors'degree you need to do equivalent of diploma (equivalence de diplome) of you high school diploma which takes of to 3 months which isn't done in Flanders . Adding more, documents needed for admission varies from school to school and program to program, IELTS is mostly required by many public schools, while some just need a letter from your previous such attestating that you were taught in English like VUB. Most of the first degree are taught in their official languages(Dutch, French German), while they have a whole lots of masters programs in English. While some schools in Flanders requires you to legalise you degrees(e.g UGENT), others don't need, so it's not a must, just go through the admission Requirements. If you have doubt in any procedure, contact the school for fresh and first hand info. Some schools require you to pay admission fee, raging from 50 to 200 euros, others like UGENT don't need any admission fee. Most school fee are being paid upon arrival, NB it's not the case for private schools, which are expensive and you need to pay some portion. Fee for all public universities in the French side is 835 euros, for low income countries eligible for the reduced amount and 4735 euros for advanced countries out of EU. While for Flanders region, fee depends on you program and university. Which range from 900 euros above. Cuz they are some programs for 6000euros in the same uni were people pay 900euros. Just go through the University website. People from English speaking countries prefer Flanders region cuz the are open to English than the French side. The Flanders region has lots of English speaking jobs compare to French region were they require you to speak French. *Some public uni in the Flanders : KU Leuven, VUB, UGENT, UAntwerp, Uhasselt, and a bunch of vocational schools *Public uni in French region: ULIEGE UMONS UNAMUR ULB ULC I just wanted to add to what they said, hope it helps. 🙏

Belgium migration system has three means to show your proof of subsistence (proof of funds). Blocked account of 11,500 euros (100€ for administrative fee), Annex 32 (sponsorship) or a scholarship. With either of those three you’re set. But block account has more certainty to a large extent as well as scholarship. Scholarship holders also enjoy numerous benefits in Belgium, especially with the visa process and other waiver opportunities. Annex 32 is a bit stringent and has alot of requirement to fulfill especially if your sponsor is a non-EEA citizen
Yes boss. Information correct. I know about vrije universität de brussels. You don't pay tuition fee as a student until you arrive belgium. Thanks for bringing this discourse to limelight.

@@okeychimeziri6600 just because you were not accepted, doesn't mean the other applicants won't be fortunate. Some people have been granted admission this year already. Its quite competitive (University of luxembourg) owing to the cheap tuition. But lunex University accepts winter and summer applications with the right requirements.
