The instructions say to drill some of the holes to 7/16th is this necessary?

I just bought one. Should attach the winch first. Then mount it. Or mount it and then then add winch. If planning on changing grill should I do that before any of the mounting?

i would change grill first then you can mount the winch once the bumper is installed

Sorry but stinger bumpers are STUPID. 90% of the jeeps I see have never left a paved road. If your jeep rolls over IT IS FUCKING WROTE OFF who cares about the radiator? I more worry about it taking my head off while you blow through a stop light while texting.
