1/4 कप घी [clarified butter]

Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tspn

Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 2
Cinnamon (दालचीनी)
Mace (जावित्री)
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10 - 15
Cumin (जीरा) - 1 tspn
Cloves (लौंग) - 5
Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) - 2
