8:25 I love love love that idea of a bargain from the Bonereapers. They're apparently not in a good spot to fight right now so it makes total sense they'd be like 'Hey truce for now, but like in a couple decades it's on again'. And can you imagine how cool it would be if the city *had* to be founded near the wall? Now not only are they fending off chaos raids, they're on a timer. They've gotta get a proper army set up in a hundred years or the Bonereapers will come back. And you can just imagine the scenario too, a hundred years from now the bargain made is practically mythology, no one alive was there at the time (except maybe some Stormcast) and hardly anyone at all remembers it anymore. Until one hundred years later, to the day, in the middle of a massive chaos raid a small army of Bonereapers show up. And at first everyone's like 'well they're creepy as heck but they're killing chaos so whatever'. But of course, the moment the last chaos warrior falls, the ultimatum is delivered, give us your bones. After that, who wins depends on whose book it is I guess ....
I love the idea of this Bonereaper herald with all the pomp and grandeur of a conquering hero riding up and just screaming, "Give us your bones!"

What would count and tithe-able, does it have to be human remains? Can it be sickly or terminally ill people? Can we pay just once a year or is it once every three years with interest?

I do hope the dawnbringers dont do anything foolish like attack the summerking, since doing so woulf promote the king madness.
Also it has been noted that the carrion king dispite his madness is quite powerfull, as only all three of nagash mortachs at the time could hope tp capture him, so yeah if he wanted to he can just walk out, not even neffreates agents be able to talk him to stay, since the moment she ordered the king to mobilise the guard's he would be willing to crush here into paste, and the bonereapers have to make sure the king is very happy.
