I hope the new lockbox will contain some other Breen themed stuff for ground and space. And I hope it will be cold/exotic themed like other Breen stuff currently in the game.
The Enterprise-C and Captain Garrett have always been underappreciated or neglected. I'm glad to see that it's finally getting some care. Hopefully it'll come with an updated skin that actually has torpedo launchers and better textures/lighting.
OBVIOUSLY the Garret class is a nod to Garrett Wong, who recently reprised his role of Harry Kim, and it'll have ALL Ensign seating with one Lieutenant slot. 😂 (joking of course)
If they did a hybrid of the Enterprise C? "Yesterdays Enterprise" is still my most favorite Star Trek episode. And the first time I fell in love the Ambassador Class.
That spelling of Garret matches the captain/admiral from STO's own TOS era missions, not Captain Rachel Garrett of the Enterprise. If it is named after him Fed/Klingon makes sense. If it is named after the captain of the Enterprise Fed/Romulan makes sense. This is because these are the adversaries in their most in-universe historically prominent battles.
Oh thank god they’re bringing Hugh into this. When PIC season 1 came out and they retconned B-4 and killed off Hugh, I was worried STO would simply remove Data and Hugh from their [minor but important] roles in STO. Glad to see at least Hugh is sticking around!
I'm interested in how they'll bring Hugh back to life. I've thought all of their Khitomer Alliance ships have been well done so far. That Keth Sarr reminds me a bit of the Eagle in design. I still think the Infinity LB needs to be de-cluttered.
Technically if you want to farm Endeavor XP slightly faster you could play another until you earn the last perk point reward from it. The account wide XP buff won't stack.
Bringing Hugh back is one big step in acknowledging STO is not the same timeline as Picard. Now let's bring Icheb back! They actually can have a lot of fun with being a different continuity, not just by bringing back classic characters needlessly killed by PIC, but also new characters people liked who were needlessly killed by PIC. Liam Shaw for example was a popular new character killed at the end of S3 and STO can easily bring him into the game as captain of the Titan-A which would exist side-by-side the Enterprise-F because the events of S3 didn't happen in this timeline. I wonder if Hugh will be placed back into the Delta Alliance campaign? While I'm not a fan of PIC, I didn't mind Hugh's look in the show. I thought the Borg Cooperative in STO looked goofy wearing similar outfits to Seven and updating them to look more like Hugh would be acceptable.
alt dimension hue does not have it better but thats my opinion on point of view. like other characters like prime spock stuck back in time watching kelvin timeline unfold continuedly bigger more advanced and more violent is a harder death than if him and nero just died in the future.
Okay I think what's going to happen is that yes he's going to be in the game but this is going to be in an earlier state of years so his bad ending will still be intact in the Picard show which really sucks unless they want to make it like Picard is a different universe and Star Trek online is not following that which I hope is the case

I met Johnathan Del Arco at a STAR TREK convention in Aurora Colorado. He gave me an autographed photo of him as Hugh!
I reckon the Garrett will have elements of Fed, Rom and KDF ships, as all 3 were involved in the moment that defined her legacy.
i think you forgot dominion too
I hope the ship has a significant neck.
@@squidman7389The dominion had nothing to do with the enterprise-c, Klingons or romulans do
Sto has done a pretty good job fixing plot holes and bad decisions by the TV writers. Hopefully that continues here
Sto is in a separate timeline from the Maine tv show
Don’t be deluded. Everything written in STO is vetted and approved by Paramount and the keepers of Trek continuity.
STO's writing isn't perfect, but they've been infinitely superior to anything written for the franchise in the last eight years.
Good Star Trek TV ended with Enterprise. Sadly
STO writing is as bad as the modern series
I hope the new lockbox will contain some other Breen themed stuff for ground and space. And I hope it will be cold/exotic themed like other Breen stuff currently in the game.
Agreed cold weapons for ground and space would be fantastic and let us start the game creating a breen. Hope this will be good
Gonna be nu trek shitbreen

Thank you Spencer for keeping us informed!
Thank you for posting this! I can't wait to see how this pans out.
OBVIOUSLY the Garret class is a nod to Garrett Wong, who recently reprised his role of Harry Kim, and it'll have ALL Ensign seating with one Lieutenant slot. 😂 (joking of course)
Well, Spencer…looks like your speculation was spot on again on the Breen theme
I still need to get a hold of the Khitomer class, only one I've missed so far
If they did a hybrid of the Enterprise C? "Yesterdays Enterprise" is still my most favorite Star Trek episode. And the first time I fell in love the Ambassador Class.
You heard him Bort, Spencer wants more Intel/MW ships!
"Accidently" yeah thats what any community manager will say :P
Drakh? All Centauri children are told about the Drakh. "Be nice or the Drakh will whisk you away as you sleep"
im still so eager for the 15th anniversary bundle, really hoping its as good as the heritage bundle
Can't wait for this episode to drop. :D
Undoing what happened to Icheb would be nice too.
We will keep an EYE on Hugh’s future in STO
I'm also interested in seeing what design they come up with mixing klingon style with federation enterprise style
I knew a breen lockbox was comming
2:35 Seven, Quinn, Kuumaarke, J'ula, Hugh... looks promising.
Any idea when there'll be a fix for EC? I've done the missions but I'm not getting progress. I didn't buyout.
Hoping we get a patch for that tomorrow.
Anything that ignores the “Star Trek Snuff Film” that was Picard sounds good by me.
Great. More Borg.
/sigh
Also, what are these latex clown aliens Cryptic came up with last year?
Hell yeah.
I really want to know what ships will be part of the 15th anniversary ship bundle.
Any information about the 15th anniversary bundle?
Just the Ark Royal and bort confirming it is still going to be a few weeks after anni event starts
News still has it up. BUT JUSTICE FOR HUGE!
It will be good to have him back as a VA on a Star Trek game again. Last time I can recall was Miguel Diaz on Star Trek Bridge Commander

Klingon Ambassador maybe??? PLEASE??? (I am aware I'm obsessed)
I scamper clicked on this video, like a cat scampers across a laminate floor when it's food time.

Simple. He never died. STO is not in the same timeline as Picard. No Enterprise-G and Hugh didn't die.
How?!?!?
Assuming it's Rachel Garrett even though Garrett is spelled incorrectly in the blog if that is the case. Wouldn't be STO without a typo.
Thanks for the info. Got a quick question, I made a Klingon recruit last year, will a new recruit give any additional benefits?
Technically if you want to farm Endeavor XP slightly faster you could play another until you earn the last perk point reward from it. The account wide XP buff won't stack.
@@CasualSAB Thanks, no I'm good lol.
inc for Vorcha-Prise C ^^
The better add Del Arco’s character from bridge commander as well
He? Enterpise-Klingon? Should be Klingon-Jemmy or Rom-Jemmy, right?
Eyes burned.
Rex Pilot Escort review when?
Can we please decanonize Picard S1 and 2?
"Way ahead of you!"
-My brain
And 3
I like the recent trend of them adding things to the Lobi store.
Would be really ironic if it was a fed-rom ship, more likely a fed-kli ship
We dont have a ship that combines elememts of 3 or more factions. A dreadnought is tje perfect place to do it.
What they did with Hugh in Picard was just... why?
Bringing Hugh back is one big step in acknowledging STO is not the same timeline as Picard. Now let's bring Icheb back! Finally a male character after focus entirely on female characters.

No need. STO and PIC are not the same timeline. The events of PIC didn't happen in this timeline, thus STO Hugh never died.
Romulans. Need. Update.
Gross, a fucking Discovery themed lockbox. I'm not surprised but its massively disappointing. I doubt I'll want anything out of it.
if the 15th one is the leaks that are going around, its UGLY and i thought the ark royal was a abomination but that thing takes the cake.
The picture posted on reddit is a "very poor representation" of what it actually looks like.
I really dislike the free floating ship part designs from discovery.
I wish they would dump j'ula already.
This game is so jacked up. Fix an issue, create another. I swear Bethesda made this lame game.
Did darkreader not offer enough money to be featured in this video?
i'm fine with how his character ended in Picard... Trek fans need to stop with the no one dies bit lol because it hurts writing
i really dont like the rex.... looks horrible
Hooray an new crapbox....🤮
ugh Jonathan Del Arco sucks, lame 15th event.
Another exceedingly grand failure from deca. Yawnfest 2025.
One would think that after 15 years the idiots running the shop would figure out having everything come out at the same time on all platforms...dam...
