Awesome review man. Really nice to see someone not just bashing on the car for being FWD based using a 4 cylinder. I feel like the only people who really have a problem with this car are the people who think BMW M cars need to be RWD based and use at least 6 cylinders. I’ve been looking at the Hyundai Elantra N for a while, but I live in a state where AWD would definitely come in handy. Given this thing’s performance, it’s definitely a contender.
I own a M235i X Drive here in the UK, also in white, absolutely love it, lovely to drive, very comfortable even on long journeys, its fast but also can be economical went you want it to be. Just wish the boot was deeper. All in all, a great drive and I love it.
It's a great car, I have the 2021. I drive in comfort or eco most of the time and get 30mpg. I quick switch to manual if I need power. Sport mode for daily driving is not a comfortable experience. You must have a lot of tickets. Settle down..
As usual awesome review. German engineering has always amazed me. At one time they were the most durable reliable machines you could buy. Now it's the Japanese that make the best cars. I considered the BMW and Audi before purchasing a Honda. I kept thinking repair bills are going to kill me. I would have been afraid to really enjoy the car. But if money was of no concern, then I would have one in the garage.

Your review is missing statistics for 0-60, 0-100, and quarter mile.
What is the difference between 228i and 235i
The 235 makes about an extra 90 horsepower 👍🏼
Tbh this is more than enough power
