Never ever call any contractors that advertise big time on TV, radio or in print. Had a neighbor call one of them out for a job. Sales person bid was three times higher then any other bids. They reduced the price and after two hours of saying what great work his company does neighbor had to throw him out of the house. Always get 3 bids and ask friends & neighbors for recommendations. A few years ago I went to the local plumbing supply show room to just purchase a bathroom vanity. The wife asked the great sales guy how much it would cost to replace bathtub, toilet, vanity & new title on floor & tub area. Guy hooked us up with a great contractor.
