Me : *tries to study hard** Also me: You know what, Ill just study on my phone Also also me: Ill just play one game, thats my reward. Also also also me: i give up
I actually have more tips for studying: *Be neat and keep your stuff clean like it is new* With new, clean studying equipments, you can study more easily. You also have to be neat *Use blue stationaries* Studies have shown that with blue, you can remember more faster *study in a place that has many yellow things* Studies have shown that yellow is the most relaxing colour so you can study nicely *study at a quiet place* if you dont have a quiet place, use earplugs or anything that could help you

Its almost my finals in 6th grade and I am trying to be honor student in the Philippines yes I live there. Hopefully I will have a medal to make my parents proud. Pray for me thank you for the tips! Edit: Just got my results I'm a honor student thank you studytee!!
Due to the k12 ruling in the philippines. You should focus more in tests. Im an 8th grade student in STE. And for me the most important thing you should focus on are summative tests and activities. And join some extracuricullar activities. It will help your performance. And lastly dont feel bad if you got low in periodic tests cause its the smallest percentage. Bye Edit: i got a 95 average YEY!
i wish i could go back to time and tell my 6th grade self that i must enjoy life and not stress on academics. studying because you're pressured to prove to anyone that you can achieve medals made people study hard and not wise, resulting to lessons that only last short-term. i lost myself in the process, had some intense breakdowns over 6/10 scores, etc. good grades may help you on your employment and self-esteem, but a stable mental state will get you through anything.
BUBBLY CANDY i am also indian but don’t live in india but i have seen my cousins study and the pressure they have so i understand and wish you very very good luck bhagwan tumhe safalta de. i hope that you are successful
I actually find that watching videos like this and helpful videos help me study. Hearing only one person talk in a quiet room actually helps me feel calm and not anxious. Today was a very stressful day for me tbh..
I legit don’t understand how people “study” Cuz like, when I try to study by doing tests...I literally can’t answer ANY of the questions and here we go again, mY motivation is gone.
For me, I don't actually ask myself questions haha I just read and try to understand the lessons so that I am able to explain each part to myself or an imaginary someone. Personally, I don't like saying things out loud so I kinda just zone out when studying to help me "teach" the lessons I studied to myself. It actually helps when reviewing for a test.
*after working for an hour straight* Mom: Why don’t you take a five minute break? Me: Definitely *3 hours of time wasting and TV and phone later*... Mom: Have you done all your work?
I use the Atmosphere app as a background noise because music is too distracting, but monotonous sounds don’t work to block out other sounds, and I can set each noise to something that will help me work. There are noises that help with anxiety, headaches, stress, creativity and sadness, which really work. I also use the sounds as sensory connection, like other people would use scented candles or flavoured gum for each subject, I use a different sound that is saved on the app. It’s really helpful and I recommend it to anyone struggling to concentrate 💜💜
So here's my story about this video.... I loved the fact that you're able to look out of your window while studying and I just ended up changing the way my furniture stood in my room for 1 hour hahaha:D At least I'm more confident now :)
I actually think I should move my desk away from the window as I always end up just looking out of the window instead of doing any work... but at the same time I don't think I would feel comfortable anymore. So Idk what I should do
My tips :) 1. Avoid distractions like electronics and clear workspace. A clear workspace = clear mind that is ready to study 2. If you find that music helps you focus, then that’s great! Personally, music is very distracting for me whether it has words or doesn’t. 3. Find your preferred way of studying. Do you like finishing everything in one go? That’s called flowtime. Make sure when using flow time you do 1 task and not group a bunch of small tasks together. If you do that, you will not know how long each task will take . In that case, if you like grouping tasks, use batching. It’s where you group similar tasks together. For example, say you have a few chemistry notes to study. You also have a chemistry worksheet based on those notes. Do both of those tasks in an allotted time. That way, you finished two tasks that benefit you in the same amount of time you would spend doing one. Remember, you don’t have to follow these. There are many different ways you can study! Just take a few minutes to browse through RUclips in your FREE TIME (not while ur studying lol, believe me this is from experience) and find something that works for you! The two methods above are substitutions for the pomodoro method.
me,who lives rn away from that POLLUTION: *opens my window* outside: *GIVES RAIN AND FRESH AIR* Me: *sniff sniff* ahhhh- so sooothinggggg- (I'll enjoy it while it lasts ;-) one day I'll return to that *POLLUTION* stuaiton)
Actually I fall in love with your voice.Any way,I recently completed matriculation and am very confused and demotivated about study. But U made my day,U r my ideal. When I feel kind of frustation or stress,I watch ur video; I feel very relief and peace .Thnqmuch. #love4rm_India
I read your story on Instagram regarding your voice. Here, I am telling you; to be honest, your cute voice is the reason why I always rewatch your videos. And they never fail to inspire me. I just don't want you to think that everybody hates your voice. While there are people that comment about how child-like your voice is and how they hate it, there are people who love your voice like me. Please continue to upload more videos ❤️ You're my inspiration when it comes to studying 😊
0:50 tip 1: Have a study space where you would feel comfortable in try decorating it with your way and try avoiding distraction or any noise. Try to not use electronic devices or else you’ll be a distracted from studying 1:19 tip 2: keep your essentials where you can reach them try not to keep the far off maybe by a pencil case or whatever that item is to keep it organized and not lost 1:46 tip 3: write down your goals to achieve over time for example: Do 4 pages of math 2:20 tip 4: try having relaxing music to keep your stress or mod a bit calmer and relaxed if you study while your stressed you’ll forget what you’ve studied and finding it hard. 2:54 tip 5: turn off your wi-fi to keep you away from text messages or calls 3:29 work for short amount of time. Working for hours everyday will make it more confusing on that homework your doing for example 6 hours a day you will loose what your were taking that last 6 hours maybe 30 or 40 minutes so or 50 minutes is a good amount of time for studying. My own tip: try not sitting on your bed doing homework or studying you will most likely be tired and your handwriting will me curving 3:57 Tip 7: use a break to get some fresh air and relaxation try doing online homework if you have any DONT take a 9 hour break then come back the next day. Try finishing that price of homework in a day. If you are on that price of homework for 2 today’s you’ll forget where you stopped at and get more confused 4:18 try setting a time for each individual task/homework try using any studying apps to have a time limit I use the app: study bunny study bunny is a very fun studying app you can collect carrots to feed your bunny you can also name that specific bunny 4:50 tip number 9: Practice some mindful things to get on your thoughts and take away the unwanted thoughts taking a way the thoughts that keep you low will make your more weaker and won’t be able to carry on with that goal maybe go for a run or enjoy some family time having some time to take away those unwanted thoughts is a bit hard from some people tho k on something you want to achieve
I once tried to do homework while listening to ASMR, that was the best nap ever!

I actually have more tips for studying:
*Be neat and keep your stuff clean like it is new*
With new, clean studying equipments, you can study more easily. You also have to be neat
*Use blue stationaries*
Studies have shown that with blue, you can remember more faster
*study in a place that has many yellow things*
Studies have shown that yellow is the most relaxing colour so you can study nicely
*study at a quiet place*
if you dont have a quiet place, use earplugs or anything that could help you
From which country are you?please reply...
Thank you so much! ^^
and wear a clean per of white jordans
My walls are yellow 😂

Dude . If you want to get more likes for your comments , you should write something that is acceptable for a high percent of the watchers or something new and interesting for them . The highest number of likes I've ever gotten is 14k . 🙂
The fact that khan academy is so popular and helpful is just wow even teens use it! They explain stuff really well.

Its almost my finals in 6th grade and I am trying to be honor student in the Philippines yes I live there. Hopefully I will have a medal to make my parents proud. Pray for me thank you for the tips!
Edit:
Just got my results I'm a honor student thank you studytee!!
same
Due to the k12 ruling in the philippines. You should focus more in tests. Im an 8th grade student in STE. And for me the most important thing you should focus on are summative tests and activities. And join some extracuricullar activities. It will help your performance. And lastly dont feel bad if you got low in periodic tests cause its the smallest percentage. Bye
Edit: i got a 95 average YEY!
i wish i could go back to time and tell my 6th grade self that i must enjoy life and not stress on academics. studying because you're pressured to prove to anyone that you can achieve medals made people study hard and not wise, resulting to lessons that only last short-term. i lost myself in the process, had some intense breakdowns over 6/10 scores, etc. good grades may help you on your employment and self-esteem, but a stable mental state will get you through anything.
@@johnsonsgreen928 very wise.

I legit don’t understand how people “study”
Cuz like, when I try to study by doing tests...I literally can’t answer ANY of the questions and here we go again, mY motivation is gone.
Yup, that's me
For me, I don't actually ask myself questions haha I just read and try to understand the lessons so that I am able to explain each part to myself or an imaginary someone. Personally, I don't like saying things out loud so I kinda just zone out when studying to help me "teach" the lessons I studied to myself. It actually helps when reviewing for a test.

sai laxmi I do that all the time when I was younger lol. Miss those times.
Laura Schopf HAHHAHA i barely open the curtain in a day.
I can overlook my window but.....my view is just the wall of my neighbors’ house😭😭
I actually think I should move my desk away from the window as I always end up just looking out of the window instead of doing any work... but at the same time I don't think I would feel comfortable anymore. So Idk what I should do
SilverMoonlight I don’t know if this is going to sound dumb but u could closed the curtains and use a table lamp idk.
SilverMoonlight
You could get used to it in a few days though
My tips :)
1. Avoid distractions like electronics and clear workspace. A clear workspace = clear mind that is ready to study
If you do that, you will not know how long each task will take

Me: working at online school.
People: Step 1. Throw your phone out the window.
Me: Yay no more school*^^
I didn't notice until the end of the video that you are Norwegian (or at least Scandinavian). These tips did help alot. Thanks xx
0:50 tip 1: Have a study space where you would feel comfortable in try decorating it with your way and try avoiding distraction or any noise.
Try to not use electronic devices or else you’ll be a distracted from studying
1:19 tip 2: keep your essentials where you can reach them try not to keep the far off maybe by a pencil case or whatever that item is to keep it organized and not lost
1:46 tip 3: write down your goals to achieve over time for example:
Do 4 pages of math
2:20 tip 4: try having relaxing music to keep your stress or mod a bit calmer and relaxed if you study while your stressed you’ll forget what you’ve studied and finding it hard.
2:54 tip 5: turn off your wi-fi to keep you away from text messages or calls
3:29 work for short amount of time. Working for hours everyday will make it more confusing on that homework your doing for example 6 hours a day you will loose what your were taking that last 6 hours maybe 30 or 40 minutes so or 50 minutes is a good amount of time for studying.
My own tip: try not sitting on your bed doing homework or studying you will most likely be tired and your handwriting will me curving
3:57 Tip 7: use a break to get some fresh air and relaxation try doing online homework if you have any DONT take a 9 hour break then come back the next day. Try finishing that price of homework in a day. If you are on that price of homework for 2 today’s you’ll forget where you stopped at and get more confused
4:18 try setting a time for each individual task/homework try using any studying apps to have a time limit
I use the app: study bunny study bunny is a very fun studying app you can collect carrots to feed your bunny you can also name that specific bunny
4:50 tip number 9: Practice some mindful things to get on your thoughts and take away the unwanted thoughts taking a way the thoughts that keep you low will make your more weaker and won’t be able to carry on with that goal maybe go for a run or enjoy some family time having some time to take away those unwanted thoughts is a bit hard from some people tho k on something you want to achieve
Procrastinating by watching videos about the studying you should be doing... is suprisingly fun. At least my notes are neater after each binge
