Land Purchase Fraud: Sisters Left Without Land or Refund Since 2019

A lady alleges that she and her sister planned to build a house for their mother in the village. They contacted their brother, who introduced them to a friend in the land business. They purchased land for ₦550,000, paying ₦250,000 in cash initially and the balance of ₦300,000 later. However, upon visiting the village, they found someone else developing the land. The seller promised to resolve the issue by offering another piece of land, but since 2019, they've neither received a new plot nor a refund, despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter.
