"This is the album I always wanted to make. I grew up listening to music from the Rat Pack era, so recording these timeless songs was a lifelong dream. It was a true honour to collaborate with the same musicians who performed with Frank Sinatra and so many of my favourite artists, in the very same recording studios where the magic was first made. Seal was in Australia for the Voice. I dont think anyone in Australia appreciated his Voice or his talent. He has the most beautiful voice. I suffer from stress, anxiety ... a cancer survivor . i just have to listen to his voice ...and it really calms me. ....His music, his voice .....he is such an underrated artist .... !!!
if Australians had good and sharp tastes, the world would know it !!!

huge fan, but would much rather have had a brand new studio album with all original songs. i feel covers albums and Christmas albums are just a waste of a real artists time. Its nice to listen too and seal can definitely sing anything, but this and his soul albums are just not my cup of tea for this artist. would rather have the seal i'm used to and was first introduced too. If i want frank Sinatra then i'll go listen to frank Sinatra

I enjoy the renditions! I’d say these are more standards than covers. Songs many artists like to sing. Take it for what it is! It didn’t take him as long as making an original album. A singer should sing what they feel! "This is the album I always wanted to make"

It sounds phoney. But if he'd do a tribute to Ray Charles instead of another fake jazz album (didn't we get enough of that stuff in the last 10 years?) I most probably would dig that.

This album should be called low standards. I don't agree with seal doing covers. He is too talented to be covering songs that aren't to my taste. I like original seal songs.
