I used to think that way until I interacted with Nigerians in china and even made friends with them only then did I understand that it was and is still all about confidence. Self confidence is the 1st and most important pillar of any worthy success. Ask 100 successful people how they became rich and 98 of them will tell you it all began with self confidence and believe in themselves.

Truth be told, Nigerians are very very loud people which is mistaken to be arrogance and pride and this very attitude irritates other African brothers and sisters from other African countries. But our Afircan colleagues should understand that aggressive and loquacious attitude stems from growing up in a country with over 200m people where struggle for survival is a daily routune and a way of life. Irrespective of wherever we are, the desire to succeed revives that fighting spirit in us which are expressed by bulldozing your way no matter who is watching or standing on your way.
