Honestly i would put NOED in number 2 it's great perk . ( i know it's dirty perk 😁 but let's be honest it's the best end game perk in DBD ) .

I know people are commenting that he forgot Hex: Pentimento but I’m curious on where he would put this perk if he were to add this perk into the list
Probably somewhere in the middle, it has a good effect with the 30% reduced repair speed, but it’s gonna be on a totem that someone has already cleansed before, so they know where it is :/

@@KytoYT I agree with middle, maybe high middle, maybe if you are big brained and play at high mmr with also big brains, you could bait like you have noed somehow and make em get totems, without revealing pentimento till they get the totem and run around and grab em all haha. You'd probably need an entire build dedicated to it but sounds fun on paper 🚗
Huntress lullaby is really good on doctor. Madness can make skill checks play in reverse and in a different spot on the screen, and you combine that with little to no warning on the skill checks? Pretty strong imo.

Yeah but that’s one build on one killer, doesn’t mean it’s super strong
I feel like Huntress Lullaby is actually very underrated, it isn’t gamebreaking, but on stealth killers it just adds an extra bit of challenge.
It could also speed up the skill checks though. That effect would make the perk pretty decent.

First totem with thrill of the hunt would take 100% longer, not 50%. If speed is twice less, then time for action is twice longer.
When i started leveling huntress i had alot of crap perks. I had a Bitter Murmur, blood warden, ruin, and Third Seal. In my matches with it, it created so much chaos. I found if it lasted through 2 gens then alot of survivors took two health states and even die on their first hook, especially on indoor maps. Underrated IMO but still bad tho lol.
Use corrupt intervention on huntress, forces survivors to you

I agree with a lot of these placements, primarily the top 3. I have the exact same top 3. Ruin is great, but can be broken pretty quick. Devour is my favorite perk in the game. Undying just makes Devour better. I also run devour for a large portion of my games and I constantly get 3-5 stacks.
1:52 dude blindness almost gave me a stroke the other game so i was doing i wallhack build and when i saw the killer having this hex i was like you wont let me use my perk i wont let you use your perks and i went all around the place cleansing devour and the third seal and thrill and the famous noed
i feel like putting undying for first place is unfair because it needs another hex to be useful lol, and not only that it needs a good one to be a good perk, lets say it goes for huntress lullabye, it would be basically placed one above there bc it gives the aura from the totems too.
Me as a new player : Ohhh, a flame lightning totem.
Hex : Haunted ground.
Me : What is that skull thing over there?
Me : (Sees someone down in a minute)
Teammates : WHO CLEANSED HAUNTED GROUND!?

I find it absolutely hilarious that the best hex perk in on itself does essentially nothing and requires you to run other hex perks to have serious value. Shows how this game has become mechanically quite complex.

Hi. So "bad" killers use NOED? How about "bad" survivors use DH, BT, Unbreakable, etc. The reason people use NOED at high MMR is because it is sometimes the only way to counter full meta survivors. Otzdarva used it in his 50 Wins as Artist streak, because there was literally no other way to get to 50 wins. Does this make him a "bad killer". Yes, I suppose. I suppose one day he'll be as good a killer as you.
Why does everyone forget about huntress lullaby secondary effect of granting an extra 6% regression after missing a skill check. If you pair this with overcharge, it's pretty good.
I don't fully agree with the placement of Hex: Thrill of the hunt
Here is my opinon why:
First off, I just want to say that the perk does need a lot of support for it to really shine. On the other hand, why would you even use thrill of the hunt if you are only running one other hex perk?
It has great synergy with other hex perks making them significantly slower to cleanse. You shouldn't necessarily see thrill as a totem defence perk, you should see it as a slowdown perk.
Thrill increases the time to cleanse totems from 14 to 21 seconds, thats 7 seconds times however many hex totems you can get the survivors to break. Which is honestly already decent in and of itself. Let alone when you interrupt them at like the 15 second mark, leaving the totem unbroken and wasting 15 seconds of a survivors time.
In a build that is fully able to get all its potential out it is insane, like: Thrill, devour, undying, pentimento
Not only are survivors wasting more time cleansing totems, if you're actually somewhat defending them it will become even harder.
Also, pentimento makes you actually able to get your tokens of thrill back. Survivor cleanses undying? Tokens on thrill go from 5 to 4. But if you pentimento it afterwards the token count will climb back to 5. You have 5 unbroken totems on the map after all.
Best case scenario for the suvivors in this build: They aren't interrupted at all and break undying>Devour>Pentimento 1>Pentimento 2. In which case thrill has won you 28 seconds in and of itself. Which is honestly not terrible.
Mid tier scenario for survivors: They are able to cleanse all three hex totems and cleanse thrill first: In which case thrill takes 21 seconds but they need to cleanse the pentimento totem spawning from that as well for a total of 35 wasted seconds from thrill of the hunt.
Worst case scenario for survivors: They aren't able to cleanse devour or get too slowed down by the pentimento debuffs.
It is not an increase to cleansing time, it is a slowdown to cleansing time by half, that's double the cleansing time

TOTH affects cleansing _and blessing_ making it actually the best anti-boon totem in the game. 28 seconds to bless a totem, 56 to bless a hex. Forces them to break totems to bless faster. It's very powerful for this purpose.
And it tells you when someone is cleansing your totem.

I have to say that you most CERTAINLY earn NoED.
Think about it: to even get use out of it you have to basically lose the game.

It's not "un-earned" it's high risk vs. reward OR it's the one and only Killer Second Chance.
Agree. i don't think you need to earn any perk to get its value " just the fact that you brought to the match is more then enough . do you earn Deadlock to use it ? NO .there is a lot of killer perks that don't require any earning or anything like :
= Corrupt
= deadlock
= enduring
= bamboozle
= crowd control.
= etc . All these perks don't require any earnings or anything " you don't have to anything just bring it and use it

The strongest thing about NOED is that you don't know killer has it until he hits someone and that can be game changing if you try to take a hit for example. There are some ways to assume killer has NOED though:
-You notice he's moving a bit faster
-You notice he tries to M1 instead of using his power
-Killer plays really bad for entire game
-Killer has frosty eyes lmao
-It's a Wraith, Freddy or Clown
You can also actually see dull totem turning into hex totem in front of you if you're lucky and you know for sure it's NOED then and you can cleanse it instantly, maybe even before killer manages to hit anyone
No wonder I was called a "shit killer" in the post-game chat when I ran Wraith with NOED. But fr, end game is still up for grabs so people shouldn't hug the gate switch if they don't want to get hit.
Thrill of the Hunt is really good when used correctly not to mention how it also significantly slows down boon totems being made as well
THRILL, + Undying + Hex of your choice (Ruin , devour , NOED) and they not only have to Cleanse it twice but it waste more of there time and gives you of a chance to catch them and chase them off it.

well if you run undying and devour smart survivors will get a warning cause of its aura reading - survs will suspect that devour is in play and cleanse it right away - the trick for devour is not to be expected by survivors - undying is a BIG warning if its used without ruin

Just one mistake:
When you're affected by Thrill of the Hunter 5 stacks, it takes you 100% longer to cleanse a totem, because your cleansing speed is 50% lower.
To make it more simple to understand, if your cleansing speed is 100% lower, it is 0 and therefore you can't cleanse at all. 100% less of something is nothing, 50% less of something is half.
I don't think it makes it good, but it makes it usable in some combos, like Plaything for example.
When I play killer it’s so rare for me to run hexes as I don’t see the value 90% of the time compared to something you can use the whole match, I will now take my spite filled comments and leave

Oh, I thought that Undying let you walk over to a destroyed hex totem and let you manually revive it. I didn't know that it just made another totem instead. That's good to know.
It already is a totem, badically if you have undying and another hex perk, then there are 2 hexes and undying is the one that always gets destroyed first, no matter which one they destrot

For undying, we all know but it isn’t that useful for noed. It’ll get cleaned before noed can be activated

Everyone I just found out the most overpowered pair up with these abilities and I need to tell you cos if you use the Xenomorph and you use the two best hex totems in the game then you can simply wait in a tunnel that's nearby a Hulk that you have hooked someone on and then since you're near the hook in the tunnel not only can you quickly go out to get them but you'll also get the Hex devour hope ability and with the Undying effect it just makes it 2 times stronger
7:40 Unfortunately this is very true. I hardly get any value out of Ruin anymore, it rarely lasts longer than a minute. Whenever I play DBD with my friends who share a whole brain cell between them, we get destroyed by hex perks because they don't what that means. I was finally able to get it through their thick heads what a hex perk was, but they don't know where totems spawn so...it's a work in progress still

It's really unfortunate how Ruin and Huntress Lullaby are weak, and yet are also hex perks.

NOED is second best perk. It will always give you value no matter what Devoir will not. I do get where you are coming from though. Great video!
I never tried any perk except for NOED, which is always in my loadout. Gonna try pairing the two and hope for the best.

Why did you forget the 6% malus from Huntress Lullaby ? You even mention a 10% loss for each failed skilled check while it's not the case here.
What a shame. That's what makes this hex pretty good compared to some others, actually (for me)

I think noed is so annoying to face and to have because if the survivors cleanse it, it is a worthless perk. Or is there a way to get it back after it is cleansed
Noed is probably one of the most overrated perks in the entire game. But most of the other hexes are so bad or mid that I’m going to have to agree with the placement

Personally I'd say switch lullaby and thrill, mainly cus I feel I've gotten way more value for lullaby as it kinda won me the game that I thought I'd for sure lose when I was tryna learn blight. That's just personal opinion though and it's definitely situational considering I was patrolling the gen since they were tryna greed AND save their teammate ☠️
It’s really only good against new survivors or on a skill check Doctor build that makes skill checks nearly impossible even for more experienced players.

The Devour hope does not work that way. Had a match where I managed to get the 5 tokens and could get 1 insta down. But another survivor cleansed the totem and lift the exposed effect.

I agree with the whole list except I would put noed at number one. you did make a good case for undying though. It wins killers games they had no right to win. And its stupid scary in the hands of a good killer/player. I do feel it should be changed to be earned. Something like you have to hook all 4 survivors or something.

Haunted ground on hag is guaranteed is pretty much a guaranteed use. People always cleanse it
I use huntress lullaby... i use Freddie and teleport to them when they miss a generator.

Noed is definitely more consistent than devour but once devour reaches 3+ stacks , its the best perk in the game. It will provide instadown,mori ,game slowdown and a lot pressure. Devour depends a lot on map because your devour could just be cleared within first minute or it can be up the entire game
Hex:Devour Hope is a satisfying perk for me to use but every time I past more than 3 tokens it normally always get cleansed or blessed.
