Disney's Vero Beach Resort - Beach Cottage 3 Bedroom Villa - Room Tour

- This is a full room tour of Disney's Vero Beach Resort Cottage (3 Bedroom Villa). This is a Disney Vacation Club room; however, it can be booked through the Walt Disney World website as well. Our cottage number was 1475.
All of the 3 bedroom cottages here are overlooking the beach. There are 6 cottages total, and one of them is wheelchair accessible. This cottage sleeps up to 12 adults and is perfect for a large party. All 3 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, and share a large patio across the back. Upstairs has the kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a balcony on the front and back.

wow, what an amazing view. It wouldn't matter what the villa looked like with that view, but the villa is beautiful as well.

That depends how fast you walk! It's only 110 miles so probably no more than a few days 😂
I know these are expensive, but is it even possible to find out how much the three bedroom cottages cost per night/week? Disney's site doesn't even mention them.
Vero Beach has their own website where you can check rates for the rooms there except for the cottages. Those must be checked for availability/pricing by calling in. You can see the other room rates here though to get a general idea of the pricing for this resort. We don’t know the cash price for these, only the points cost. We’ve tried looking into it, but there isn’t much info, and we’ve never called to find out.

Are there any with disability access? Also, it doesn't look like you can access the beach directly, is that true?
That’s correct. You don’t have direct access to the beach, just a view of it. You do still have to go out and around to get to the beach. There is one with disability access. We point it out in our full resort tour video. 😊
Is this in Disney World’s property or somewhere else?
This is two hours south of Walt Disney World

Yes, this is a DVC room; however, it may be available to book directly through the resort paying cash rates if there is availability.
Is this only for DVC members or can anyone book it?
Technically anyone can book them; however, it isn’t often they show up on the regular website because they’re generally booked up by DVC members.
