Love it! I didn’t notice any washer dryer, but assume I wouldn’t have to schlep my dirties down to a common area 😉. I wish you had some of the outside view, but it looked like it is great looking from inside to the decks. Enjoying these tours.
Room 4001 is better... I think they used to call it the Presidential Suite. It has a piano and the best view! We stayed there the week before Just Timberlake rented it.. amazing! It was. while ago so Im wondering its still set up that way.
I hope DVC ever considers having one bedroom suites with more luxurious features in the master bedrooms and bath for the traveler that does not need three bedrooms, but is willing to use more points on amenities like this amazing master bathroom.
Your timing on this video was perfect! I have been trying to get some information from Disney about the secondary bathrooms and it's taking them a REALLY long time to respond. But your video pictured exactly the information I needed. Thank you!
Very nicely presented. Enjoyed the walkthrough. I didn’t realize the GF grand villa had a media room. Definitely will consider for a large group getaway.
I came to the same conclusion as you. Depending on when you want to go, i found i need lots of home resort points to secure the "hard to get" grand villas. I had to reshuffle (sell some contracts and pick up others) my contract points to get enough in the resort where i want to stay.
Hi guys. I heard that one of the boardwalk grand villas is two floors. I have seen the all one floor boardwalk grand villa but I can not find any videos showing this other option. Is it true that there is two floor plans? If so can you guys be the first to show it? Love you guys.
Over-the top! I would stay hear in a heartbeat (if only I had the points and, I suspect, one would need to have GF as a home resort, too, which I do not.) RE: the decor . . . it is right-on since "Victorian elegance meets modern sophistication" just as described on their website. Best bathroom ev-ah!
The one thing I don't like is that the kitchen is set apart a little. I like cooking and still being part of the conversations going in in the living room.
Any idea what the cash rack rate is per night for this? At 190 points per night, times an average of $15 per point, that would be $2850 per night if you rented the points but I don't think the cash value would be that much unless it's the holidays.
Yes, there is one each of these villas on the 6 floors of the building. This is actually the villa that is available to see at the open house offered right now.
These sycophantic reviews are nauseating. Victorian is out. Decor is tacky. And then throw on top of that the expense of staying there??? Easy pass for me. I would take Boardwalk or Wilderness Lodge over Grand Floridian any day of the week!
Excuse me for a moment while I pick my jaw back up off the floor where it dropped... 😳

Knowing the point range is so helpful. I really enjoy your videos! The pacing is always just right for me.

Never be able to stay there in my lifetime.... but loved the video. I would love to see the Disney Dolphin and/or Swan.
Absolutely gorgeous! I think we can do 5 nights with our points. We may just have to! Love Fiasco’s enthusiasm over this
How many points do you have
Wow. That’s incredible. I’d love to see the the 3-bedroom villa at the Animal Kingdom Jambo House
Can you please do a tour of a 2 bedroom at AKL Kidani? (Bonus points if it’s a handicap room with roll in shower)
Looks nice, but not sure it is my style.. but that master bath looks awesome!
When do you get to show us the grand villas at AKL?
Your timing on this video was perfect! I have been trying to get some information from Disney about the secondary bathrooms and it's taking them a REALLY long time to respond. But your video pictured exactly the information I needed. Thank you!
this is perfect for a family of 5 cause i got a sis who is married with two toddler girls
Thanks for the tour :) I love DFC Fan taking us through the various spaces and allowing us to dream.
I've been waiting for this one. I think I'd take this over a bungalow

We’re seriously thinking of adding more points for 3 bedroom stays (teenagers need the room) Keep up the tours - would love to see the boardwalk.

Pretty cool we go in 3weeks after our cruise
You need to do review of 3 Bedroom at Copper Creek. It is on par with Grand Floridian 3 bedroom... but is more modern.
Amazing!
Love these videos💕
I would love to see the grand villa at Bay Lake Tower with theme park view 😀

i have heard the same info. there are 2 2-story grand villas at Boardwalk. but i have never seen a video showing it.
When watching this I thought of ABC The Middle tv show. My favorite show.
Over-the top! I would stay hear in a heartbeat (if only I had the points and, I suspect, one would need to have GF as a home resort, too, which I do not.) It's like a million-dollar downtown condo!
Hmm can’t tell if I like this or the Riviera Resort Grand Villa better!!
Absolutely gorgeous
That looks like a jacuzzi in that Master Bathroom

you need to use $20 a point nowadays - so 190 x 20 = 3800
wow,
thanks for the tour! What a fantastic space! I would prefer this over the Poly bungalow. Would love to see other 3 bedroom villas at other properties!
“That’s the FRIDGE???!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
love the Floridian. will never be able to stay in the grand villa unless I win the lottery.
The plug-ins on the side of the night table
This is 3rd time 3rd time. We are coming in August 23 this year
Loving these videos Corey! Keep up the good work :-)
Love this! Thanks 😊
excellent tour: Truly a beautiful place
Had to laugh to myself re the steam room. Isn’t Florida humid enough?
Gorgeous!
Love.
Wow very very nice
Wow!! 💰
I must win the lottery...
Omg! I love it!
👏👏👏👏
First floor🤷♀️. Are there any other floors available in this category?
Yes, there is one each of these villas on the 6 floors of the building. This is actually the villa that is available to see at the open house offered right now.
This is insane.
Given how cheap TV’s are these days I’d think they could get a larger one in the media room
How much???
I could stay there 1 night a year with my DVC points!
I know this is specific but the lampshades through the property aren't straight...something like that just annoys me when paying this price..
Do you think the Grand Villa at Riviera is as nice?
I just see all the cleaning that requires.
rivieras grand villa looks better
Riviera is better
A bit pretentious and gaudy really, but different strokes for different folks
These sycophantic reviews are nauseating. Victorian is out. Decor is tacky. And then throw on top of that the expense of staying there??? Easy pass for me. I would take Boardwalk or Wilderness Lodge over Grand Floridian any day of the week!
Sooooooooo dated!
