I know that he was comparing himself to Blood Moon at the time, but Ruin did admit to Earth that, with the fixed body when Dark Sun brought him back, he was essentially defenceless because he had next to no strength and was only helping BM because he could easily kill Ruin if he said no.
Dark Sun plans everything in advance, and Ruin still being alive was part of his plan, so I dare say he’d have made sure Ruin was weaker than him physically.

Moon eating Cereal right out of the box was so relatable, I do that all the time haha. That aside though, I appreciate Moon just waiting around for Sun to head out with him to head to one of Ruin's labs, and that core.. dang- what a beauty to behold despite being unstable according to Dark Sun. I can definitely believe this thing can cause a big powerful shock wave, the fact it was a Witherstorm merged with like Star Power to become potent like this is real nuts, I guess Witherstorms are capable of taking all sorts of shapes and sizes given what we've seen in the past.
Dark Sun certainly established his relationship thought with Nexus, just a Pawn he's now made his use out of. Bet Nexus would be mad if he found out about that, that aside thought, Good on Moon Defending his Sun from Dark Sun's "Naive" comment. I honestly wouldn't consider Sun that way, yeah he's not big on tech but he can still put together things. I mean heck, he figured out that they are still 'playing' Dark Sun's little 'game' he has going.
So i'd definitely say Sun is smart still! Yes, not as smart as Moon, but Smart in his own way! He's even getting better at magic and teleportation so that's great too! I definitely don't like thought how much Dark Sun is directing them either in telling them to take care of these things, much like Puppet who wanted to find a way around killing BloodMoon. Which we all know ended up happening still..
So long Dark Sun is a step or few ahead of them.. they don't have much of an advantage with the guy.
