The new Hummer EV has a moon/Apollo theme because GM built the lunar rover that they used during the last 3 Apollo missions. It was also an electric vehicle with 4 wheel steering like the hummer has. GM also built the Modular Robotic Vehicle with NASA in 2012 before they dropped out of the project. MRV is also an electric vehicle with 4 wheel steering that GM has the patents on.

I was a professional driver for 32 years and now teaching, the owner of the school I now work for just bought a simulator that we are going to use that I suspect is a cheap one...lol, will let you know if it's worth it. 😀
Actually being in a day cab, Dave was better off blind side backing in. But Zack talking out his ass about trucking was pretty funny. And I am one of those drivers that uses engine brakes no matter the weather. Engine brakes have more than one setting.

Man I moved out of Utah about a year ago and lived in grand junction colorado for a few months, then I moved out to Kentucky and seeing this is really breaking my heart because I find myself missing the unique utah scenery more and more as time goes on 😓
The reason he only has like 8 gears is that the game doesnt include gear splitting in manual mode. Ie: semi's 4 forward gears (excluding one really low gear) but you get a 5, 6, 7, and 8 from switching into high range. 1 turns into 5, 2 into 6, and etc. But you can also split gear (half them) which you do when you've got a heavy load. That way the gaps between gears are a lot shorter and it pulls the load easier. You have the high and low range, plus splitting for every gear including lo and reverse. That's how you get 18spds out of it.
By the way in real life those trucks wouldn’t be able to haul those cells with 5 axels. They’ll have a 4 axel truck. A jeep (with 2 more axels) and a 3 or 4 axel lowboys those weigh about 200k 5 axels in those real life and that set up would destroy that truck
Me being a truck driver and watching these backing scenarios is jus amazing to see how much they put into this game and to see how they almost captured everything to a T
