You could tow a civ car into a nearby illegal parking spot and Ryan could be a cop waiting nearby to write a ticket that they can conveniently pay here and now.

Wasn't part of the crazy chase where they were ramming you, but was later a passenger in the car that head on crashed into you (no idea what that was about) and trying to find where you all went in the end. It was crazy just watching you and Ryan from a distance -- even thought the cop car was meant to be a decoy! Brilliant work and great episode! Need to call my insurance... Lol
11:15 in case youre curious buggs, cuban cigars as of 2017 are able to be imported for personal use but it was and is illegal to import them for commercial purposes, so putting them in a vending machine would be illegal
