- This was the last single to be released off the debut Wolfmother record. We'd sold out many massive venues and hit the stage at many a large festival. Only about a year or so into our touring was this song released as a single as you've probably seen and or noticed this is probably our biggest single to date. Just shows sometimes it takes a bit of time for a song to take traction.
When that intro riff plays before a faceoff at the end of an NHL game = pure hype & goosebumps
Same !!
only 1 band should be played: rush
Livin’ In The Limelight, are we?
The debut Wolfmother record is still a highly regarded album. What an awesome living room experience. More please.
One of the best rock albums ever in my book
Frickin legendary Is more like it!!!
with a great cover image as well
Are they making new music or other projects? I loved the first album so much
Andrew has amazing vocals. Quality-wise he sounds so similar on studio recordings and live. It's fantastic!
great band. when you got it, you got it. And they got it...
I saw them paying in Adelaide a couple of months back. After the show, my wife and I stayed in the place to have some beer and chat with some people we met there......suddenly Andrew Stock-fucking-dale starts walking around the place chatting with everyone. I had the pleasure to chat with him and even took a picture. What an amazing dude! Literally a dream coming true since I've been listening to them since around 06
Amazing how pure and how soft (to my ears) and how raw is this! I'm in awe!
That SG is beautiful
Beautiful rendition of a classic song by Wolfmother!
a classic that will never be forgotten
Fantastic performance! Gotta say, everything sounded terrific but those drums sound HUGE! You guys rock (and always will)
Wow! You guys are still rocking! I remember 2011-2012, I was wearing a wolfmother tshirt that my friend painted for me. Good time.
Love that LP.
It reminds me of Led Zeppelin, Rush, and The Music.
This is the song that sparked my 14 year (and counting) love affair with fuzz and is a big part of why I picked up a guitar in the first place. Keep being awesome Wolfmother 🤘
People don't realise how hard it is to play behind the beat like this... the whole band is SMASHING it
Bro this band sucks, what year is it? "Mike Patton"
Hahaha this band died bro
@@grandmasterbash How's your band doing?
@@grandmasterbash Nik Taylor what year is it? Are we still hating Wolfmother and praising Faith No More? As a huge Faith No More fan, this shit slaps. Grow the fuck up.
@@Samotbackwards No it doesn’t. Not every band that is past its peak magically becomes great. This version is worse than your average high school cover band.
The fact this song made it into a videogame is amazing
I came across it on MLB 2K7
Multiple video games…
@@TylerSmith-sj6rk I know lolll
I got this song from the Hangover!
lego Dc Supervillains
All the memories. Seen Wolfmother live few times and this gets me every time 🤘
i Stil remember staying late to watch Dave Letterman and these guys were on....................and boy were they on. They absolutely smashed it and everyone in the audience was blown away by The Wolfmother. Good on ya fellas.
That tune rocks!! I was expecting something by Dylan... Rock on guys ✌️ ✊ 👊 💯 🎶 ❤️ 💯
One of my top favorite bands of all time. This is one band that reminds me that rock and roll will never die. Someone will carry the torch. They fucking carry that torch!
still killing it on vocals and guitar
My man doin the rockstar carrot top vibe…digging it!!
I love this song, I always remember when La Vida Moderna said had they were adding a song by Wolfmother as the new opening theme, and I said "oh I wish it's joker and the theif" and there it was.
Wow... they sound great
Man I was rocking out to this as a 6 year old. That was 16 years ago now
So you're 10 now?
McLaren Park Pool in Brooklyn! One of the best nights ever!

You all sound amazing but Andrew's guitar sounds FUCKIN' CRUNCHIN' INCREDIBLE!

This brings back memories ♡
Smashing it!! Here I am, 7 in the morning and have woken everyone in my house.
amazing coordination that riff and singing
Wolfmother carried me through middle and high school.
I love this song, this album is amazing
Am I seeing an amp in the fireplace for some natural reverb? Very clever! this entire performance is great and sounds killer
very cool, I didn’t notice
Me encantó como disimuló el fallo del tecladista en el minuto 3:46 hahahah😂😂😂
the way he down picks then up picks those open notes on that intro riff is such a bitch to do ahaha
Shred the third soundtrack. God, I am getting old
I Remember seeing you guys play at Roskilde Festival way back in 2006. Must have been around the time this came out as well? Anyway, you absolute smashed it that day and it's good to see you're still around! :)
Triplets while signing nice!
Rock n Roll Never Die!!!!!!
Just learned this on the bass and love this track. saw you all at rock on the range a few years back. keep on keeping it cool. 😎
I saw you cats at Bonnaroo 2007 and after you played every song on the only album you had out at the time y'all just jammed out the rest of the show and it was super sick
Honra a mi hermano con esta canción 💪❤️
Love Wolfmother
Красавчики! Вспоминаю по Чудакам!

Literally fits in any Batman game
Pero que he descubierto!!😲👌🏼✨✨✨✨😏 Direct to My playlist
Dream sg right there.
Those Norlin-era Gibsons need to be eyed with great suspicion in person before buying. Not as bad as Fender at the time, but a lot of duds did leave the factory.
this came out on my birthday fuck yeahhhhhhhhh thanks @wolfmothermusic
#NoAutoTune THIS is music
reallly dig the old school guitar tone and vocals
Voice reminds me of Billy Squire. Not sure why but it does

Hell yeah rock it mate
Love when the song progressed you really eased in to it more and more. Awesome!
Still good hair! ;) Cheers,
Is that the drummer from The Vines?
I once had the chance to see these guys, they played at a small RSL club in a town called Glen Innes. Unfortunately I was 15 and my Dad was a controlling ass so he didn't let me.
Controlling ass or responsible parent.... that's a coin flip.
Fan fucking tastic. Love you guys
I didn't know that they didn't have a bass player
I'm Johnny Knoxville and I'm going to jump the English Channel
The original 2/3’s of this band was incredible live. They did an album with Kid Koala called “the slew” and the subsequent tour was amazing. I saw Wolf Mother at a festival in Toronto back in 2007 or so. The singer dude was pissy and the rest of the band definitely compensated by absolutely killing it. No surprise they left the band, the singer dude had a shit attitude.
