Some people don’t understand a c-section is major abdominal surgery and takes quite a while to recover from. Rest up Lauren and let everyone pamper you while you’re recovering. Congratulations to you both, the babies are gorgeous 🩵🩷

Lauren, You take care of yourself. You let your family and friends help as much as possible. Nooooo lifting unless it’s your tushie to get out of a chair and walk around a bit. Do what the doctors tell you about C-section recovery. So glad they had you stay in hospital for a longer recovery. Thrilled you and the Twins are healthy. Now Andrew gets to see how much fun two babies are at once. ❤️😘

What a wonderful blessing to all the family. Lauren you’ve been a real hero through the pregnancy. I’m sorry you had such nausea. That happened to me and if you ever have anesthesia again PLEASE tell the anesthesiologist. They have lots of things to limit that.

Lauren biggest thing is get yourself moving! I know it's the last thing you want to do, but its what you need to do to regain yourself! If you ever have to have anesthesia again, tell them you get sick with it and they can give you something so you don't get sick. Ask me how I know! Lol! You did good mama! If to many visitors gets to much for you, kick them out and they will understand. Everyone needs alone time and bonding time after twins especially! You've got yourself a good husband and a wonderful family and it's great your mom and family can spend time with you! Enjoy, rest, and move even if it's just walking in your house. Keep a pillow on your belly in case of a sneeze. Those are horrific after a c-section! Enjoy your family!
