It's really sad Hood doesn't get her funny button consumable from PC. The Defensive AA consumable is also available to her but unlike the usual 200% damage increase hers is a mighty 500% damage, but only affects the AA rocket battery. Yes it's only a 1.5Km base range but it basically wipes a squadron of planes that attacks you if you have it active.
