With all vacation with a large family your bound to encounter a couple of bumps Bruises along the way on a long trip but you and your family made them all fade away through music and song and the food ! Holy cow Cousin the food was unbelievable! My family and I have eaten our way across Oahu and back and haven't Experience the quality of food that we had at your place ! So once again thank you and your family for ending our vacation on a high note and I may add a note that will never be surpassed

I love taro ( malanga ) but have never had it with coconut milk; will have to try it! The guys' sense of humor was also very refreshing! I have two trouts that I bought yesterday and am going to try to prepare them in a similar way, but in a stove of course, since I live in New Jersey and it is winter outside right now; and besides, there are no palm trees to climb and the pine trees refuse to grow coconuts! I also liked the exotic outfits, especially the seed and bone necklaces and the palm frond decorations!
