- Banana Porridge! This is a simple delicious dish you can make especially if you have those over-ripened bananas that you forgot about. Before you toss them, you can use them to make Sua Fa'i.

It’s leaves from the local lemon tree. It’s called lau kipolo, it’s also used to make tea.
