    Hello everyone!
    I had a lot of bread left in the freezer because I was testing milk loaf bread last time,
    so I made 'Rusk', a delicious snack that can be easily made with bread.
    I made it with milk loaf,
    but you can make it with almost any bread, such as brioche, bagels, sourdough, and even focaccia.
    From now on, try making leftover bread into rusks! If you dry it completely, the storage period is also very long, so you can enjoy it for a long time :)
    ▶Ingredients
    100g Unsalted butter
    60g Granulated sugar
    20g Honey
    10g Milk
    350g Bread (any bread is possible)
    1) Cut the bread into 1cm thick slices.
    2) Heat the butter, sugar, honey, and milk to melt the sugar and butter.
    3) Apply sauce on the cut bread evenly.
    4) Spread it in a single layer on a tray, and sprinkle sugar on top. (Optional - skip if you want it less sweet)
    5) Bake in a preheated oven at 150℃(302℉) for a total of 30 minutes.
    Flip it over once in the middle to make the color more even.
    If it is not crispy when it cools, it is not cooked enough. Bake it again until it is crispy.
    *Storage: Sealed with a desiccant, can be stored for 4-5 days, and for about 3 weeks in the freezer.
