Thank you for checking out this collaboration series! If you've got the next chapter in the Max & Mila story, I'd love to hear it! And don't forget to check out Oksana's recreation of my art... link is in the description and at the end of the video!
I love your interpretation of Oksana's beautiful work, Brian! Great use of layers and depth. Your rabbit did an amazing job too, all the more incredible that he accomplished it without opposable thumbs. 😃
Can you even imagine what that furry guy could do if he had opposable thumbs?? Haha! So glad you appreciated the layering and depth - that was my main goal, really. I wanted it to feel like a large, vast, open field, and hopefully the horizon feels distant. It was a fun project! Thanks so much for checking out the video, Marcy!
Wow, this is absolutely stunning, Brian! I'm amazed by the level of detail and creativity you've put into this paper cut artwork. Your interpretation of the painting with Max and Mila the rabbits is simply magical. Terry the Rabbit will now forever be in my thoughts whenever I see your work. The depth achieved through your layering technique and careful selection of paper colors truly brings this piece to life. It's a whole new, breathtaking level. It's evident how much effort and thought you've poured into every aspect of this creation. Your dedication and incredible result inspire me. Thank you so much for the incredible emotions of admiration, joy, surprise, gratitude, wonder, and all the other positive feelings I experienced watching your video. Your creativity truly brings so much joy and inspiration. I eagerly look forward to your next amazing works! And thank you endlessly for this collaboration; it was such a fascinating and enjoyable experience!
This was such a fun project and I certainly would not have done this piece of art without your influence. Sometimes I'll just swim around with some ideas until something sorta solidifies in my head and the cut paper thing is something that I probably wouldn't have stumbled on without your channel name, haha! I'm so glad you enjoy the result - it was a different kind of work - more mechanical issues than things like "Oh the colors aren't quite right" - I always appreciate your ideas and input and your encouragement to the art community and I'm honored to be part of that. I love the piece you did of mine too! It was an unexpected "deep cut" from my archives and you brought that to life in a new and unexpected way - and I totally approve!! New stories to be written! Thank you thank youm Oksana! I'm looking forward to your next creations!
@@BoruArt Thank you so much, Brian, for making my day full of smiles! I'm thrilled that my channel inspired your adventure with cut paper artworks-it's amazing how ideas can transform. Your mechanical approach has definitely paid off-it's such a unique piece of work! I especially love how clouds rhyme with ears; it sparks so many thought processes. I deeply appreciate your support and am glad to see your creativity thriving in our community. Working with your archived piece was a true pleasure, and I'm delighted that you enjoyed the fresh perspective on it! Thank you very much for your contribution and for the creativity you put into this beautiful piece! And a special thank you for translating the video description into Ukrainian-it's very thoughtful!
This is just an incredible video! How interesting you came up with with this cute rabbit who independently creates an applique from a drawing @GouacheLearning, I am very delighted! And the result is just wonderful! Bravo master! 👏👏👏😍
Aw, thank you so much for watching! Terry, my rabbit, is very pleased that you recognize his skillful work - he says I owe him loads of carrots and alfalfa now, haha! SO happy you enjoyed the paper creation - it was a lot of fun trying to figure out this style of art!
@@BoruArt Well, you will have to pay with carrots and alfalfa for such beauty. Your creativity knows no bounds and you did a great job with this style!🤩✂️🥕🐇
This was so enjoyable to watch and loving the final outcome :) Great result and it must have taken such a lot of time to get Terry to co-operate with the editing process! :D Loving the whole idea of the collaboration and your take on Oksana's work was inspired! OK, off to watch her video now :)
Terry (I won't say this too loud) is a bit of a diva. You are so right about difficult to get him to cooperate. You can just tell he's like "Get the camera off me. That's my bad side. Where are my leafy greens?" - Like dude, relax and cut that *#!@ paper, already. Plus, honestly, he's so stiff in front of the camera. But what are you gonna do, you know? So glad you enjoyed the art! Had a lot of fun with this project. :)
Aww rabbits are so cute! I love your interpretation of Oksana's painting in paper art. That turned out really beautiful! Terry (spelling?) is very good with an exacto knife! and who is that little furry animal making a cameo around 4:20? What a lovely collab and story! You should make more paper art, Brian! Another wonderful video!
Haha! The furry animal cameooooo... well, it was supposssssed to be Terry, and you weren't supposed to watch that closely! 😂 In reality, it is Justin Beaver playing the hand model for Terry, who has his hands attached to a sign board. I had fun with this project - it's always a bit easier when I have a defined goal in my head (which I did with this one) - it was a matter of figuring out how to do it well. I think I'd like to do something like this again sometime. There is one drawing I'm thinking of in my ... hm... I think in that first sketchbook tour... of the mechanical box-head guy with the crow on top - that might look cool doing a similar thing, what do you think? No shortage of things to work on!! Thank you for your feedback and support, Isabelle!!
@@BoruArt Aren't you glad I give you my full attention when I watch your videos? haha yeah, I tend to notice details... and then my curiosity was piqued, also because I remembered noticing Justing Beaver hanging out in a previous video but forgot to ask about him. Ah yes, Terry needed a body double, of course! 🙂Your enjoyment in making this piece transpired and it turned out beautiful. I think lots of your drawings could become amazing paper art. You definitely don't lack creative ideas and I'm here for it, Brian!
Wow Brian this was a great collaboration with Oksana, and great choice of artwork to work from, really interesting way of creating Cusco a great piece of art, it turned out amazing, loved the story and your rabbit friend did a great job 😊. Good video man
Hey Hey Johnny B! What a fun project to work on - another thing I may try again in the future - I thought it might be less messy than painting, but those paper scraps pile up, let me tell you! Haha! But fun method - worth trying! And I'll give my mom a word from you... I have not forgotten. ;) thanks for stopping in!!
