I, too, had trouble in getting the boundary blend to work using all 3 sketch references. To solve I did this: 1. Boundary Blend: Profile sketches #1 & #2 2. Fill both ends of blend from step 1 3. Merge blend & both fills, then Solidify 4. Create Revolve (Nose of hook) 5. Boundary Blend edge of revolve & center profile sketch 6. Merge blend from step 5 then Solidify 7. create last revolve, hole, cosmetic thread & chamfer Done!

No, it is not possible by swept blend are blend. You cannot maintain all the dimensions using swept blend. There are two guide curves in crane hook. If you use swept blend you can only maintain One guide curve.

Your path and sketch section must be connected with each other to form the boundary blend. So create datum points on the path and take the reference of these datum points while creating the section. You will not get any error. Watch the video carefully to see all the steps followed.
I find this tutorial was very helpful, but I am unable to form a boundary blend with the third section at the revolve. When I select the top and middle section(sketches), shape is generating, but when I click for the third section as profile of the revolve it's not showing any preview. Could you please help me out if I am making some mistake. I am getting some preview if I don't select the paths, but to get the required shape the blend is not generating with the paths.
@@CADxTraining sir one more doubt I saw almost all your sheetmetal videos. By viewing that I understand that two methods to make quilt one by making traingle extruded part and then using quilt form another one using revolve option and then quilt . While using quilt on revolve surface a deformation arrows are strangely located somewhere .I'm able to make quilt form How could correct that sir

You need to increase the file accuracy I guess!
@@CADxTraining may be. the blend is complete upto initial two sections but it is failing when i connect to revolve section.

Change your part accuracy first. Make it 0.01
@@CADxTraining I tried changing the accuracy to 0.01, but it's not working yet.
Just give a last try. Change the accuracy to absolute and make it 0.0001
