IT Just feels Like because the human system is detached from reality and they Made a Illusion that traps us in daily routines , thoughts and extremism
My perspective about change switched when I studied the butterfly. In metamorphosis, a caterpillar enters the cocoon, the entire body melts completely down, the cell structure is rearranged & then is reconstructed into something completely new!!! Imagine how painful this is for the caterpillar. We have to melt down & become something completely different. But when that butterfly re-emerges, it is something soooo beautiful!! We got this!! We are becoming a NEW thing. Old habits & mindsets must be stripped away! We are going from crawling to flying! I pray this blesses someone the way it blessed me! Love y’all! 🩷🐛🦋

I love butterflies for that reason it’s spiritual as much as it is physical
Currently in a crying moment. It feels almost throwing up. you feel it might stop and just start again. I’ve been in the bathroom stalls at school just sobbing. Thank for this. I needed it. Every time these moments happen it’s true a shift comes after. It’s uncomfortable and hard to get through but it helps to remember there’s another side. I love you Ri❤ this is my proof that I am divinely loved
I don't think I have ever needed to hear something right on time. I can relate to your sentiments in this video, its legitimately scary. But I am proud of us for working through the darkness and changing our selves and our worlds around us. We deserve growth, grace, and peace. This is so good. I went through a dark period of transformation around 2015/2016 as well. I find myself in the midst of another season of evolution and your words made me realize how much I have been in resistance to the change I have prayed for. That resistance can make it feel like depression, anxiety, and so much more. Thank you for bringing so much clarity around this at a time where we are collectively experiencing such shifts. 💛

@@riturner I was getting ready to write this long comment but long story short: I’m getting married tomorrow and these past few weeks, I’ve been in my head, anxious and mourning my single life because I know that chapter is coming to a close. Not mourning the dating experiences per se, but mourning my old self and knowing that I can never be her again. But like you said in this episode: everything changes when you change. Looking in the rearview mirror while trying to move forward will only make me crash (word to Tracy G. for that reference!). So, I’m choosing to change my mindset and beliefs about what it means to be in this new season of my life. Embracing the idea that I have an opportunity to actually create a new identity and be the woman that I’ve always dreamed of being.
Everything you’ve been posting lately has really been helping me transition mentally, spirituality, emotionally, and even physically - I’m getting more serious about my fitness and clean eating because of this channel. Thank you for being committed to your own process because it has certainly been blessing me ❤️

I'm a piscis and I have different opinions or perspectives of everything and anything too. It makes it hard to choose and as a result, figure out myself.. Interesting how you also went through a dark time after supposedly becoming successful. Same thing happened to me.. and now.. my "almost marriage" (because I got engaged) is crumbling. I lost my job right after.
I did get a new job 2 weeks later, and I'm on my second week.. it's hard. It's one of the hardest jobs I've ever had and it feels like I'm being pulled from all sides and I just want to scream, cry and run away.. and I'll cry, but won't run away.
