Sam Fisher, up to this day he's still my favorite video game character of all time. I hope Ubisoft make another Splinter Cell game... like someone will carry out the Splinter Cell legacy.
His last mission was in Bolivia. He was surprised that he was called for that mission. He thought Solid Snake would have been needed but the agent who called him for that mission told Sam that Snake has retired. He retired for good when he knew he was the last agent in his professionalism. This is the conversation; Sam: Linda how u doin’? Looking good, real good. Linda: It’s Karen today. You look like clocked some miles since we last spoke. Sam: Yeah I have heard they don’t make them like me anymore. There was this other guy though- Army Infiltration. He wore a bandana or something… Linda: I heard he finally retired Sam: Really? …… … It’s only me…
I really liked his personality in the first game. I didn't play the next two that came out on xbox so I dont know if he was the same but did play a couple that were on the 360 and by that point Fishers dry sense of humor and witty remarks were gone he was just a sad depressed shell of himself.
Fun fact: there were four missions cut from the game that would've been in-between Kalinatek and Chinese Embassy. - Nadezhda Nuclear Power Plant (notice the Kalinatek debrief screen) [PS2 Exclusive] - Oktyabr Shipyard [Later redesigned into both Vselka missions] - Simargl Mining Town [Completely removed] - Severonickel Smelting Plant [Only the last portion of this mission was made into Kola Cell, much of it was to be outdoors] Notice how Wilkes dies aboard the Osprey, in Russian airspace despite extraction from Virginia, and 8 DAYS AFTER Kalinatek. He was supposed to get shot extracting from Severnickel. Notice in the Kola Cell mission.. In the server room with Masse, the main entrance to that room looks cheesily blocked off with a big box... I think you were originally supposed to extract through there. Also, notice how the pre-Chinese Embassy news report talks about how the Pickett Gap plant was narrowly saved. In the Severonickel mission, this was one of Sam's objectives.
I might be wrong, but I believe it can depend on the copy type of Splinter Cell that you have. I played and completed the game on PS2 but on PS2, the CIA Infiltration mission (where it starts outside the building) isn't on the PS2 version, where you might find it on PC or even XBOX. Still one hell of a game though!
Beat 'chyah to it. I do like this project you've got going on (Not just the Splinter Cell stuff) what do you need to expand on it? Editing equipment, ect. My funds arn't great, but maybe I can help. Like I said, I don't play much anymore, but that doesn't mean that I don't still enjoy them.
David Hopkins Thanks so much David! I have all the equipment I need, I appreciate the offer, I don't NEED the help, but if people want to donate to support the channel, to help me buy games to do I certainly do appreciate it. If you go to my channel, in the banner I have a donate with paypal link set up. If not no biggie, certainly not required. I definitely appreciate the gesture!
In Chaos Theory, after I've completed the missions with Full Stealth, letting all the soldiers go home to their wives and children, I enjoy playing around with the soldiers, scaring them, placing traps, and playing with all the fun gadgets the game has to offer. The ragdoll physics were killer in that game.
you're encouraged not too. If you have a high body count it makes it easier to get caught and turn an easy stealth mission into a chaotic shootout which will get you and 3rd echelon in trouble lol.
Thanks for the video! I do really like the fact you include all the bits of story and character in-game as well as including the cutscenes. I feel like with a lot of these "full story/movie" RUclips videos, they edit out the in-game stuff and leave out a lot of real juicy bits that add to the narrative.
+CH Gorog my pleasure! Yea too much gameplay can make for a boring video as well. So I condense as much as I can and make sure to leave all the story related content in. Glad you like it!
Thanks for making the Splinter Cell movies and in high quality also! I played all of these games when they first came out so long ago and just wanted a recap on the story to prepare for Blacklist. Very grateful!
I wish they'd remake the earlier games in next gen, refine them a little bit and re-release like Bungee did with Halo. I know everyone says this about old games, but the Chinese missions especially would be beautiful in Next-Gen
DeafEskimo bungie didn't do that to halo, 343 did, and they kinda ruined the halo 2 sound fx, and the way the elites look, and especially great New halo, they changed everything and that is unforgivable. but I see what you mean. If only it comes out that way.
I was about to comment this before I saw your comment. Those missions in Georgia are hilarious. Idk if that was intentional or not but I was laughing so much at their thick accents, how crooked the cops were, the driver and the guy that spits in the colonels food lol. Then there's the head of security that had a meltdown when he finds out there's an intruder.
Played this game when it first came out. Played through the farm training numerous times. It’s crazy how I still remember the first door code. He started saying the first three numbers 284 and right off the bat I knew the last two were 69. Love this game and this brought back memories.
Ok so finally RUclips wasn’t a thing for me growing up so there’s that. I was playing the intro mission and was stuck on it for WEEEKS cause I didn’t know what L3 was on paper so I was so mad at the game after so long I threw my controller and he went up against the wall and from there the rest was amazing. Huge fan of Splinter Cell. I remember back when Double Agent Xbox360 Sam had one where he was Skydiving that one was my favorite. Also, Chaos Theory Multiplayer levels team up
BD From 123 My list is a little different. I would put Chaos Theory at 1 and Pandora Tomorrow at 2, Then the original splinter cell. After that I would go Conviction, Blacklist and then Double Agent. I was really not a fan of Double Agent.
Gamematics never played the original splintercell or pandora tomorrow. so my list would go as Chaos Theory, Blacklist, Conviction, then Double Agent. Like you, I wasn't much a fan of double agent
Great list! For myself: 1. Blacklist 2. Chaos Theory 3. Double Agent 4. Conviction 5. Splinter Cell 6. Pandora Tomorrow Never played a bad game in their series.
I still mention this game when I hear someone talk bout console games. Sam Fisher with the splinter cell games are etched in my memory forever. I played several metal gear solid games but the third person view wasn't near as fun as the splinter cells first person view. I love the splinter cell game play cause in my mind it's excellent practice for real world experience and gives you the needed skills to use if a real life scenario broke out. Stealth in my eyes is everything. The runnin and gunnin of a lot of games just doesn't seem practical for a civilian setting like here in America today anyhow, maybe in ten to twenty years, but not yet and maybe not at all
binge played splinter cell trilogy (Splinter Cell,Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory) when i got my new computer a year ago. Nice to see it again from a less stressing stand point lol, but in all seriousness the first is the only REALLY hard one.
The game did not have a subtitles option....probably because it is so old. So I apologize ahead of time for not having that included. I hope you enjoy the movie!
Damn you i got all the collection of splinter cell i bought from a bundle, wasn't so sure if i really wanted to start on this one. But yeah now because of you i feel like i need to do all the serie. I hope you feel bad, cause i won't have a life for a while because of you...
Part of the game is getting additional information by interrogating them. You can't do that just knocking them out. I didn't want to miss any dialogue.

The damage the rounds do to unarmored bodies is something to behold. It’s a weapon I don’t like to use in full-scale fire-fights, though. It has a fairly limited range, so I mostly use it in situations where I know I’ll have the advantage." Sam describing the gun from the book.
Great movie!! Just wondering though…which version is this?? I remember playing Splinter Cell for the GameCube and it was different than this one ( for example, the opening scene (for example, i believe I remember Wilkes dying on the Osprey trying to help Sam escape). They definitely need to remaster this classic though…
Gamematics i like your vids and i am very thankful that you have taken the time out of your day to make these. now that iv said that can you please remove both of your logos off of the video? They are really off putting to the movie experience (you don't see them in a theater do you?) it would be much appreciated.
Thanks for watching Zak! And nope I can't removed them for many reasons. One...it is too late, all my movies going forward have the opacity set much lower so you barely notice it. Second...this day in age people can rip footage off RUclips and take credit for it themselves....sorry I just don't feel like allowing that. Sorry. If a small logo in the bottom right of the video ruins your experience then that really sucks....
Gamematics thanks for the response. i can understand not wanting people to take credit for your work. i hadn't thought of that as a reason for having it on the screen.
Gamematics At the beginning of training, there is a ledge to Fisher's left with a red light on it. Wall jump up to it, turn left, and there is a door marked 'Briefing and Observation'. Enter the code 5656 on the keypad, go inside, and Anna Grimmsdottir will be there. Fisher and Grim can have a brief conversation.
i'm playing the HD remaster on my PS3 right now. I had played it on PS2 years ago. I remember getting this game, with The Getaway and something else maybe Enter The Matrix? Anyways, I remember a cut scene where the two agents who got their subdermals removed get discovered in some sort of snow armory. Am i just imaging this? Cant seem to find it anywhere.
Ralph Molina While I haven't touched my copy in a while, I'm almost certain the scene you are thinking of is on the Gamecube version as well as the PS2 version.
Shortmandesigner after writing this I quickly found the cutscene almost right after. I just recently finished playing it again. It would have been nice to have the bonus levels from the PS2 version included in the HD remaster.
Thanks for watching! My channel has a ton of game movies and the entire Splinter Cell franchise, so swing by and watch the others! I appreciate the support!
Jake Casey actually first came Snake, 47, then came Sam Fisher so when you say snake has nothing on Sam Fisher than you really don't know what you are saying when these 3 guys are the best at what they do to be legends.
This game oh man was such a huge game changer I literally had pages from game informer and others taped to my bedroom wall obviously this is before you could have updates on the Internet seem to take forever to come out don’t even ask how disappointed I was when I found out ironside wasn’t doing the voice for blacklist please please do a remake for the original game with Michael doing the voice please🙏🏻🤞🏻❤️
good game pretty cool editing but wished you left the access codes to the doors in the movie on the 2nd Embassy entrance thru the basement to get to Feirigon stuck on the code after u get off the elevator by time make it to key pad just the 4 and 3 still have heat
the amount of videos Gamematics have done is really impressive especially when every video take hours of time and retrying over and over to get it right ...AMAZING... !!!!!!!
wtf, when i extracted at the last mission, i literally got back to the main menu, without credits, without anything! I tried it again, and again, but nothing changed. It kept sending me back to the main menu. I thought "Oke, well done Ubisoft (Or whoever made the game first)" However, its nice to see that it was just a big after all :D Its been 2 years since ive played the first game and it was really fun
i like the movie and great for sam fisher he cool ! i have 5 type CD game on my playstations thats awesome no game like this , many friends I hope there are more games splinter cell of the new series. GOOD JOB TOM CLANCY
I was thinking. Why is MGS so amazing. (Which I love the series). But I wanted to look at SCell as Snake's lil brother. But I can't. It's more like cousin. Becuz views. Sales. N etc. It's just not that close. BUT. SC's STEALTH GAMEPLAY. FAR SURPASSES MGS series. IMO. Buuut MG's STORY IS LIGHT YEARS BETTER THAN SC... I mean come on. Kombayn Nikoladze declared war??? Wilkes dies... That's it??? Lollll. I love both. But imma Sam Fisher fan over any stealth character. My fav video game of all time. Is the original. I can't get enough of CIA. Kalitenik. Pres Palace. Such a beautiful game. The lighting. The shadows. The sneaking. The guards convos. Lambert's commentary..... Sam's coy demeanor n sarcasm.... Gadgets... LOVE this game... The MISSION'S OVER!
Darlito Guamos Are you in the US? For some reason RUclips says this video is blocked in some countries. It is unfortunate because I can't do anything about it.
Games just don't seem to have an atmosphere like this anymore.
I blame the lnternet, and the return of swing music

They need to remaster all splinter cell to Xbox one. With all new graphics, and sound. That would be too cool.
Totally agree!

and ps4
And pc.
christaphor except the 3rd one it was trash.

You gotta love that nostalgic Ubisoft sound effect and the intro, ahh... The 2000s, the decade full of nostalgic games
Dang man you were very generous with not killing a lot of people in this game. Lol I didn’t take any prisoners!
That is what I loved about this game, you can approach each mission how ever you wanted.
Gotta love 5th freedom

Walsh2571 you should play Hitman silent assassin and metal gear solid 3.
@@Anomalous602 mgs 1 and HITMAN 2016 would be a better option cause they're just easier for a first experience

Dutch North Atlantic Alliance Stream chaos theory is better
I appreciate that you show game-play progress and not just cut-scenes after cut-scenes.
+Michael Hart my pleasure! Thanks for watching!

worst story decision ever!!!!! I agree.

"When I say jump, don't ask how high. Just do it." Classic.
This brought back so many memories. Just bought it for my Xbox one and can’t wait to play again, seriously thanks for uploading
my pleasure! all three games are available on Xbox One right for sale.
I always loved finishing a level and listening to the news
I would love to say that the palace guards look like defense ministry guards with a rifle and officer hat
Yea all the Tom Clancy Games did that for awhile.
Definitely a classic line! It is sad that the new Splinter Cell doesn't have Ironside's voice.
So many memories. I like how the georgian police/soldiers speak in english in their everyday life :)
Georgian writings throughout levels were hilarious :ddd
Well I'll say this. Fisher did say that he almost understood the whole language in the cutscene before the mission.

Soo nostalgic i played this, Pandora tomorrow, chaos of theory and double agent over and over again
Fucking huge respect dude, this is amazing, capturing the essence of every mission perfectly 🔥

That would be pretty cool!
Nice run, I never finished the game back then. I read your comments, you sound friendly

1. Splinter Cell
2.double Agent
3.Chaos Theory

No problem, you deserved it! Man, I miss this game. The ending is do badass.
Gamematics So You Can Do It
the opening of the game does not look like stealth at all XD LOL

I still have this awesome game! And i can play it on my 360!
I cant find that 1st. movie clip with sam fisher free diving with sharks.. That was a great opening scene...Oh, the memories.
Ubisoft should make a remake of this game but with splinter cell blacklist graphics

Enter the code 5656 on the keypad, go inside, and Anna Grimmsdottir will be there. Fisher and Grim can have a brief conversation.
cal riec Oh cool, I don't think I have ever done that before! Thanks for sharing!
As I remembered Sam at the end went on a vacation on his yacht... Or was that pandora tomorrow?
thank you, I was really little when I played this game so I forgot all about the story
i'm playing the HD remaster on my PS3 right now.
No problem! I am working on Pandora Tomorrow as I type this.
this game is so fucking badass..the intro song was awesome shit too
I have COD4 MW1 done, I will definitely get the others!
Amazing, I love these games. Snake don't have shit on Sam Fisher. Thank you for this.
Thanks for watching! My channel has a ton of game movies and the entire Splinter Cell franchise, so swing by and watch the others! I appreciate the support!
Fuck you Sam fishers a wannabe
Snake is god
I agree
Jake Casey actually first came Snake, 47, then came Sam Fisher so when you say snake has nothing on Sam Fisher than you really don't know what you are saying when these 3 guys are the best at what they do to be legends.
Anyone else rewatching after hearing about the remake?
I'm here because of the Ukraine invasion!
"just give me the key. I'm tired and i hate making people scream." Sounds awesome from Michael Ironsides 1:12:30
25:06 I gotta replay this I was a kid when I played this I never notice this game had some comedic gold
how do you get through the door before the generals office
This game oh man was such a huge game changer I literally had pages from game informer and others taped to my bedroom wall obviously this is before you could have updates on the Internet seem to take forever to come out don’t even ask how disappointed I was when I found out ironside wasn’t doing the voice for blacklist please please do a remake for the original game with Michael doing the voice please🙏🏻🤞🏻❤️
Miss these games
The music is from Medievil 2 vampire level
good game pretty cool editing but wished you left the access codes to the doors in the movie on the 2nd Embassy entrance thru the basement to get to Feirigon stuck on the code after u get off the elevator by time make it to key pad just the 4 and 3 still have heat
the amount of videos Gamematics have done is really impressive especially when every video take hours of time and retrying over and over to get it right ...AMAZING... !!!!!!!
Thanks Daniel! Glad you appreciate our work!
I am just thank full for the videos you make because i just got splinter cell and it helps alot ;-)
Daniel Tattersall Awesome! My pleasure!
i cant find the battlefield bad company vid
+Decek C cause I haven't done it yet.
Now since they doing a metalgear movie. Will someone do a splinter cell?
that would be nice, since that was a big reason they claimed to have changed Sam Fisher's voice and character model.
yep i totally agree with you.
Chaos Theory was my favorite, but I missed playing the first one.
Nostalgia aaaaahhhhhh
wtf, when i extracted at the last mission, i literally got back to the main menu, without credits, without anything! I tried it again, and again, but nothing changed. It kept sending me back to the main menu. I thought "Oke, well done Ubisoft (Or whoever made the game first)" However, its nice to see that it was just a big after all :D Its been 2 years since ive played the first game and it was really fun
lol CIA guys were almost there when one of them heard mooing
i like the movie and great for sam fisher he cool !
i have 5 type CD game on my playstations thats awesome no game like this ,
many friends I hope there are more games splinter cell of the new series.
GOOD JOB TOM CLANCY
Great Look Forward To Seeing That
I was thinking. Why is MGS so amazing. (Which I love the series). But I wanted to look at SCell as Snake's lil brother. But I can't. It's more like cousin. Becuz views. Sales. N etc. It's just not that close. BUT. SC's STEALTH GAMEPLAY. FAR SURPASSES MGS series. IMO. Buuut MG's STORY IS LIGHT YEARS BETTER THAN SC... I mean come on. Kombayn Nikoladze declared war??? Wilkes dies... That's it??? Lollll. I love both. But imma Sam Fisher fan over any stealth character. My fav video game of all time. Is the original. I can't get enough of CIA. Kalitenik. Pres Palace.
Such a beautiful game. The lighting. The shadows. The sneaking. The guards convos. Lambert's commentary.....
Sam's coy demeanor n sarcasm.... Gadgets... LOVE this game...
The MISSION'S OVER!
Splinter Cell would've made a good anime, reminds me of GiTs
@Gamematics can't watch on mobile D:
Darlito Guamos Are you in the US? For some reason RUclips says this video is blocked in some countries. It is unfortunate because I can't do anything about it.
Oh I did not know that D:
We'll anyways it's fine
Btw love the channel
that is awesome to hear! hopefully the issue gets fixed by RUclips eventually. Thanks for the support!
I wish they would remake the ps2 version I never got to play mission 7 Nuclear Power Plant and it looks like a fun mission
it was very fun. I was disappointed when I found out it wasn't in the hd version
Metal gear solid started stealth and tactical games
someone with a good heart could please caption
God this game was fun. Monbayne is not a georgian name, but who cares, a timeless classic :D
EydokTV On RUclips timeless classic for sure! One of my favorite franchises!
My favourite movie
TalkTalk Sweet!
Gamematics Wow, saw George Clooney today (On TV) and thought about him playing Sam in the actual movie. Weird..:)
TalkTalk Interesting.
Gamematics Do you always give 1 word answers?
TalkTalk Nope, look through all my comment and see there are a ton of responses more than 1 word. Just gotta look.
2:31 Haha looks like that one dude from Spider-Man! :)
+C.Funk99 - Jonah Jameson? LOL, you're right.
Smh
Love how all these overseas combatants speak perfect ENGLISH. In their native land. 😊
